TUNER: ZWAR (UR011CD)
ZWAR is the fourth release by Pat Mastelotto (King
Crimson, KTU, etc.) and touch guitarist Markus Reuter under the TUNER banner,
and the second live representation on disc.
Showcasing the 2005 summer tour of Europe, ZWAR features
highlights from several performances, including a breathtaking rendition of
King Crimson’s ‘Industry’ and two interpretations of compositions from the TOTEM album. The contents are stitched together as a virtual
concert, complete with candid tour photos in the multimedia section.
ZWAR is an essential addition to TUNER’s rich catalogue,
which despite being the second live album in succession (following last years
Müüt) credibly builds upon the story so far from this truly progressive duo.
Tracks: Intro
ZWAR
Can Of Tuner
Kiss The Earth
Bells Of Köln
Industry (King Crimson)
The Morning Tide Washes Away What Happened At Night
Outro
A pre-order link for the UNSUNG RECORDS release will be made available on November 9th. The album will be officially released and dispatched to customers on December 1st 2009.
