Guitaris Ari Joshua Zucker will be joining forces with Tom Morello, Stone Gossard, Mike McCready, Jim McDermott, Christine Gregoire, and others this Monday 11.3.08 at the SHowbox in an effort to Get Out The Vote! Tell your friends, all over the country lets do this - we can change the world - Vote! Tickets are hard to come by but there should be some extra tickets for sale at the showbox and as well there are plenty of offers on ebay and craigslist. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ TOM MORELLO, MIKE MCCREADY AND STONE GOSSARD JOIN TOGETHER FOR A GET OUT THE VOTE RALLY AND CONCERT Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine/The Nightwatchman, Pearl Jam's Mike McCready and Stone Gossard Plus Special Guests Join Together for a Get Out the Vote Rally and Concert at Seattle's Showbox at The Market on November 3, 2008 Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine/The Nightwatchman, Pearl Jam's Mike McCready and his band Shadow '86, Pearl Jam's Stone Gossard with the Hank Khoir, Boots Riley of the Coup and special guests are set to perform Monday, November 3, 2008 at the Showbox at The Market. In an effort to encourage voter participation, this group of notable artists is joining forces for an Election Day-eve get out the vote rally and musical celebration. With the help of local and national voter education organizations, concertgoers will be encouraged to not only get to the polls the following day, but to spread the word to their social networks on the importance of voting. (Details on specific organizations and concert partners to be announced in the coming weeks. "Fellow Shadow '86 bandmate, Chris Friel, approached me with the idea of putting together a small get out the vote show," said Mike McCready. "When we learned Tom Morello was planning to be in town and had a similar vision, the idea just grew from there. No stranger to the world of politics, Morello comes to Seattle on the heels of last Spring's Justice Tour where Morello and a host of other activist/artists took to the road to raise awareness on such issues as homelessness, social justice, living wages, veterans' rights and the importance of getting involved in the political process. Morello’s notable appearance at both the Democratic and Republican National Conventions followed up this effort, where he performed with his Rage Against the Machine bandmates. "While we realize a large percentage of voters are planning to vote absentee this year, there are still countless individuals who plan to make their presence known at the polls," said McCready. "Our goal is to ensure that every person who wants to vote on November 4th is not only informed, but is motivated to encourage friends and family across the country to vote too. Voter participation has long been a central theme of Pearl Jam's activism. Beginning with Pearl Jam's '92 'Drop in the Park' concert and continuing on through 2004's Vote for Change concert tour, Pearl Jam has remained an outspoken advocate on the importance of making your voice heard. bothlive (1)

As you all may know asd has been one of my most creative projects... this show has been almost 2 and a half years in the making Live Surround, CD is done, (finally) and we got some great music to play for you. The line up is sick I can't wait to perform as pure cirkus creates the ultimate spectacle - fire dancing, clowns, stilts, suspension, the whole 9 yards. I hear they are bringing in a killer light show too. Jessiah is gonna bring in his super phatty sound system and I'm bringin' in my new main man Marcell to deal with the surround sculpting.
if you are reading this im sure you already know... and I hope to see you there.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE May 7, 2007
Arisawkadoria Release Party at Neumo's June 2, 2007 10:00pm and 12:30am 925 East Pike St
Seattle, WA - Seattle super group, Arisawkadoria will be releasing their much anticipated debut album Chapter One, Saturday, June 2nd at Neumos in Seattle. Arisawkadoria's performance will be part of Breaks & Freaks II, an event that provides the perfect post Burning Man palette, for the group's first ever live surround sound presentation. Chapter One is being released exclusively in the Seattle market on June 2nd, with a national August release date still to come.
Arisawkadoria's new album, Chapter One, and the live show experience, set a new bar for both electronic music and the outermost fringes of Jazz. The percussive blend of Kevin Sawka's iconic D n B influenced drum work, Joe Doria's virtuosity on the Hammond B-3 Organ, and Ari Zucker's back from the future approach to guitar, present a welcome paradigm shift from the direction of music today. Arisawkadoria quite simply represents what is possible, in the days after tomorrow.
The second annual Breaks & Freaks party, finds co-headliners Arisawkadoria riding high, having backed up Blake Lewis on American Idol, in the midst of releasing their first full length album, Chapter One on independent label, Wax Orchard. As new found fathers of electronic improvisation, Arisawkadoria make most unlikely pop stars, yet on Chapter One Arisawkadoria stays true to their jazz roots while pushing the boundaries of what jazz is.
Chapter One was produced by Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Michael Shrieve (Santana), and will be distributed and released nationally this summer by Wax Orchard.
Arisawkadoria will be performing two sets at Breaks & Freaks II. The concert includes performances from UK's Big Bud, Ritchie Spoonz, and Pure Cirkus. Tickets are available for $15 presale at Ticketswest.com. 21 and ID required.
Set Times; 9pm Richie Spoons, 10pm Arisawkadoria Surround Sound, 11:30 pm Big Bud, 12:30 Arisawkadoria Surround Sound, Pure Cirkus throughout the evening.

Here is the Press Release for AfterLife I'm gonna be there as a guest with some of my best friends and musical collaborators this show has been moved to the showbox I want to thank Trey from Epidemic for hookin' it all up. I have seen March Fourth Marching Band at least 4 or 5 times and I have to say they are one of my favorites! Don't miss out.
The idea was to start an annual event for after folklife.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AFTERLIFE: Folklife Festival after party coming to The Showbox
Saturday, May 26th, at the world famous Showbox, Epidemic Music presents this year's official unofficial Folklife Festival after party - Soul United's first annual AFTERLIFE. The event is open to all ages, with access to the bars for patrons over the age of 21. Tickets are $10 presale and $12 at the door.
Portland's March Fourth Marching headlines an AFTERLIFE bill that includes Joel Ricci's Westsound Union, The Staxx Brothers, and appearances by all three members of Arisawkadoria.
AFTERLIFE headliners, The March Fourth Marching Band bring their nonpareils brand of mayhem and spectacle center stage and into the audience. This unconventional and unforgettable band features dozens of performers; dancers, drummers, horns, stilt walkers, and ceaseless wonder, in stage show that is without rival and beyond explanation. March Fourth Marching Band has conquered Europe, and recently sold out two shows in a single engagement at The Crystal Ballroom (on March 4th, naturally).
Special guests Ari Zucker, Kevin Sawka, and Joe Doria (of Arisawkadoria) will bring AFTERLIFE its first three headed monster. The trio will appear throughout the night as guests and much more.
*Ari, Sawka, and Doria are presently riding a wave of anticipation for their debut album, (Volume One out June 2nd on Wax Orchard), and acclaim as Seattle's most unlikely pop stars, having backed up their own Blake Lewis in a concert broadcast on American Idol this week.
Afterlife begins at 9pm. Tickets are available online and at the Showbox box office.
