We usually book 2-3 months in advance, sometimes more.
once you are confirmed, please reconfirm a day or two prior to your date just to make sure.
General info:
this video will give you a general idea what the club is like...The Ruby Room is 21+ only.
Load in around 8 pm
if you want a soundcheck please request prior to date of performance, we usually just do line checks but can do full soundchecks per request.
PLEASE DO NOT book your band for another show in town within 2 weeks of your show at the Ruby Room, unless it's all ages.

The board is an Allen and Heath 16 channel board with three monitor mixes. We have two 15" subs and two FOH speakers. Not the loudest setup but we know how to make it sound good! Shiloh is your soundguy, he will be your first point of contact.
Band members get two free drinks each, and can have one guest each, with some exceptions. More free drinks can flow if you rock out hard and you aren't jerks. Case by case basis!
We have a green "room" which is actually a patio in construction at the moment, but let us know if you need it and we can set it up nicely for you.
We usually charge a small door charge. That's how you get paid. If you want to do a free show please let us know way in advance and approve it with the other bands as well.
