With Frankee and Britt releasing their second single 'I Wish' this week, they sat down with BBC News for an interview.

The girls chat all about working with pop masterminds Xenomania and working in their legendary country recording studio, shooting the video for 'I Wish' in LA, and loads more!

Frankee and Britt have been interviewed over on massive entertainment network t5m.com and had lots to say!

The girls chat about their aspirations to be the next Spice Girls, with Frankee noting that, like the Spices, "We don't want to stand there and look pretty. We've got more to offer. We've got attitude"!

The girls also talk new single 'I Wish', with Britt insisting that while it is an uplifting track "every boy or girl has a relationship that they wish they'd tried that little bit harder with, so it's a bit more emotional".

With the girls' fabulous new single 'I Wish' hitting the shelves this week, there's been loads of Mini Viva coverage on the web to catch up with!

The BBC Chart Blog are loving the track, noting that 'given the chance, it leaves a deeper impression, boasting a mournful chorus worthy of Girls Aloud at their most vulnerable.' You can read their four-star review by clicking here.

Top music blog Angry Ape also reckon there's something special about 'I Wish', concluding that 'already Mini Viva have been the freshest, most exciting British act to make their presence known in the charts these past six months. 2010 is going to be an interesting year!' Influential pop blogger Will-W has run a great piece on the girls' over on his blog.

Will-W praises the band's 90s vibe, and gives Mini Viva fans a preview of what to expect from the girls' forthcoming album, noting that new track 'What You Feel' is 'a leap forward in maturity and a cut from the same cloth as Pure Shores or Black Coffee by the dearly-missed All Saints.' and that 'the ballad Emotions of Love, gives their repertoire some emotional depth.'

Frankee and Britt have got a packed December planned, as they perform two gigs over the next week!

Tonight, December 10th, they'll be supporting the sensational N-Dubz at the Sheperds Bush Empire, and then on Saturday, December 12th, they'll be performing at the massive G-A-Y at Heaven!

Mini Viva will soon be jumping on to your TV sets as they get busy promoting 'I Wish'!

This Thursday Frankee and Britt will be checking in with the Live at Studio 5 team at 6.25pm for an interview and an acoustic performance of 'I Wish'.

Then if you're up bright and early on Friday you'll be able to catch them at 9am as they count down their Top 20 divas on MTV Hits!

Next Monday, the girls will be chatting to Alan Titchmarsh and performing on his show. Just tune in to ITV1 at 3pm!
