Hello friends, its labor day...I posted some new live tracks from the 8/28/08 trio show at the Tiny Lounge in Tulsa. The tracks feature Josh Raymer (JFJO) on drums, and Matt Hayes plays upright bass through my '73 Sunn Model-T for a pretty impressive growl.
There is a bit of crowd noise at the beginning of a couple of the tracks, but i'll try to edit that out soon as i can.

Where Everything Goes - one of mine, a waltz. It was written in '07 after we started recording the new album, Arrow.
Blaze's Blues - written by one of my favorite songwriters, Townes Van Zandt.
Still Breathing / Good Thing - these are both on Arrow, but the live versions have much more of a reggae feel than the studio tracks.

I posted some live tracks from one of the Thunderbird Blues benefit shows we did at Capella's back in May during Tulsa's Blue Dome Festival.
The recordings feature Josh Raymer (JFJO) on drums, and Mark Kuykendall on piano. Thanks to both of those guys, Jeff & Dave at the 1st Street Music Hall, and Tom Dirker for recording this and many other great shows around town.
