Matt has been working on new material to be recorded for an upcoming El DeOrazio release titled Long Time Coming.  New songs can now be heard live every Saturday, 11am-2pm and every Tuesday, 6pm-10pm on the Riverwalk at The Crazy Lobster.

Anesthesia, a track from the upcoming Melissa On The Rocks record, will be featured on the Females On Fire 3 compilation series.
The Females on Fire Compilation CD series celebrates talented female artists from around the world, delivering songs in a tapestry of different genres & styles of music dedicated to messages empowering femininity, human equality, love, communication and vitality.

With her  record label, Warrior Girl Music, gilli moon has launched Females On Fire as a vehicle and platform for female artists  to be heard and shine, with now two compilations and an ever growing, ongoing, tour.

The compilation series already celebrates over 100 talented female artists from around the world through its first two double compilations, delivering songs in a tapestry of different genres & styles of music.

This compilation CD will be officially released in Los Angeles at the House of Blues on May 25th, 2008.

What is a house concert?  This is where a professional musician comes into someone's home and provides an evening of entertainment to those invited.  Chairs are set up for seating, or some hosts have other accommodations.  Sometimes a "house concert" is held in a local senior center or cafe that can accommodate about 50 to 75 people.

Is there an admission charge?  How are the performers paid?  Usually a "donation" is charged at the door.  The money collected goes to the performer with a percentage going to the host, depending on arrangements made ahead of time.  The performers like the setting since the audience is attentive and appreciative of the intimacy of the performance. 
Melissa will perform for a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of three hours.  Melissa will bring CDs and merchandise to sell and some to raffle off or give away as door prizes.  See www.concertsinyourhome.com; www.houseconcert.us
