Rocky Rock is so dope! I tried my best to keep up with him when we were doing a session during sound check at Winter X Games 2008. Thats a hard act to follow..!

This was one of the most intense days of my life. We learned the core basics of breakin from the godfather himself:) I couldnt walk up or down stairs several days after the class, there were so many sore muscles in my body that i didnt even know i had! Above all the physical challenges, i learned about the culture, history and evolution of the bboy. I also finally overcame the fear of throwing my body in the air and twisting around to catch myself on my hands(swipes). Props to all the bboys/girls out there, this is TOUGH!!
