so the past couple of weeks the band has been in assorted breaks, myself, then chris and now Joe...but work we must and I've been focusing on idlelive and developing the team. which I won't introduce here and now but we are lucky enough to have good and talented people on board and involved and we are working on the EPK and press pack now...

and naturally back into  the studio to work on 2nd mix!

well sorry i've been away for a while, since my b-day escapades, and now just returned from Holiday in the holyland and had a great time, but all that is not for here, this is about music.

writting 2 new songs, one in true gypsy rythem 11/8 and looking forward to seeing how that would work with a full kit involved when Chris comes back from SA....

other than that the band is hard at work on various non-senses like art work, cd production and the like for our forthcoming EP and press pack... keep your ears peeled and eyes open...

in the mean time look forward to our biggest gig to date at the grand on the 31st... will truely rock...

well i'm back,

sorry for being away (in more senses than one)

I had my birthday last week (my head still hurts) but my oh my what a party (or 2) we did 'ave it large' and i'll leave the rest to your imagination (and then add some...it was wild) had the chance to count my blessings for the good friends along the way (one more party in a couple of weeks though)

The band is working on the artwrok and actual pressing of cds.

we are now on xfm! have a look at our profile...

big gigs coming up and in the midst of it all, I'm fuckin off to ..:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Israel for a couple of weeks to work on my tan! (ha ha)

Thanks for coming to the site to have a look and a listen.

THE RECIRDINGS WILL BE READY IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS - we are editing and vocals and final mix will go down before easter when we will celebrate the re-birth of IGNEOUSTONE (rather dramatic aye)

other than that , sorry for going a bit quiet on the gig front - more bookings soon with you... IDLELIVE this sunday at in maida vale gig is still on

other than that a little jaded  and disappointed really by shit going down in the middle east right now and all the killing...here I am drinking my tea whilst all this shit happens...be informed friends.

Well I always knew it would not be easy.

in my life I always believe we should not be one dimentional. I sing and write songs but I also study Law. not as a fall back but rather because I truely believe this is my path and for more reason not for now.

Sunday I have a massive exam and as you may know all month I have been recording (cant wait for you all to listen). it is a very very trying time full of demands and little time.

Sunday is a water mark, a lacmus test even an LPC business law and practice test aye...

wish me luck, I hope I can rise to the challange.
