It's been a busy couple of months for CHC. Most of the progress has been behind the scenes. We've shut ourselves away in the studio and have recorded 5 new tracks that are going to be released in the next couple of months. In the meantime, a show has been scheduled for October 12 @ Bottom of the Hill in SF, billed with Rival Schools, Innaway, and Middle Class Rut. We're excited for the show, excited to play our new songs, and advise everybody to check out every single one of the bands playing that evening. It's gonna rock! Aside from new material, Cold Hot Crash is pleased to announce that "A Lonely Place to Live" has been used for the soundtrack for the widely popular video game Superbike World Championship. Hey everyone, just wanted to thank everyone for all the support last week. We had two great shows and it really brought up morale for us.

To start, we were asked to open for Filter on March 3, Monday night. Although tickets were sold out by the time we posted the info, we saw familiar faces who went through the trouble of getting scalped tickets. Thanks so much, you guys rocked. Filter was great, we have been fans for a while, and it was an honor to get to support them.

Saturday night was also a good time, we got to play at Betty's Rock Bar in the East Bay with our good friends, Overview- who had a awesome set and cool new songs.

We were able to grab new fans at both shows, and we were able to showcase two of our new songs, entitled "Cold Call Mistake" and "Shuffle These Cards"- which we anticipate will be on our 2nd album (currently in the works). For those of you who want to give our new songs a listen, be sure to catch our April 25th show @ Slim's. In the meantime, we'll be playing fewer shows in order to focus writing our second album.
