My name is Kevin Kim aka "Online Cash Kid" and I make money online. Sounds pretty simple huh? Well that's because it is but getting to where I am today was no easy journey. I spent my first 6 years in Paramount California, being as young as I was, I still remember how hard it was growing up. At the time there were 10 people living under a small 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home with a broken water heater that failed to keep running hot water on for more than 15 minutes. All my clothes were bought from the local swap meet as well as everything else in our home. My parents like most parents tried to provide the best for me and sisters but, had other priorities in the home as well and couldn't give us much.

My father quit school just months away from graduation to tend to me, my mother, and my mothers family whom lived with us. He found a job as a mechanic making the bare minimum for us to get by. And my mother remained at home and took care of everyone as best she could, every month she would wait by the door just to get those few extra bucks from the welfare department. Coming from a Cambodian background my family learned to stretch every dollar into something more. As I got older I began to come to terms with my family's situation as it had not changed throughout the next few years. By the time I was 8 my father was able to get us into a "better" home, and I continued school in Norwalk CA. Our family qualified for low income meals so every morning my father would tell me "Make sure you eat well at school so we can save some for tonight". Over the years my father jumped around from job to job and of eventuallly got better once I got to highschool where I first started working at a small coffee shop. I always kept my grades up in everything I learned and was able to get in the best colleges, but had very little interests in what I was being taught in school. By the time I got out of highschool I was already caught in the awesome world of credit card debt. I threw away my acceptance letters from Berkely and enrolled in community college to save myself money, worked full time and still had enough time to take care of my family at home.

I eventually got tired of living paycheck to paycheck and still living with my parents and promised myself to find a way to not only better my own live, but for that of my family as well. After finding some forums, I began learning how people were making a living online by creating websites and from then on, I was ready to take the plunge. I couldn't believe how simple it was to make money online. After graduating from high school, I passed on the college thing and decided to earn a living online. After a few months, I was making around $6,000 a month making mini-niche sites as well as dabbling in PPC Marketing. It was so easy in fact, that I began helping some relatives and close friends get their feet off the ground and get in the online money making game.

So that is how OnlineCashKid.com was born. I wanted to teach other how to achieve independence and financial success in an easy manner that I had done.
