On March 8, two rows of white chrysanthemums marked an aisle in the sand at the Colony Hotel and Cabaña Club in Delray Beach, Fla. Ms. Tindale giddily shed her pink pumps before joining Mr. Cafiso on the beach, where a minister led them in their vows.

Current mood:  sore
after falling off of a fire escape vinny fractured his scaphoid (bone connecting wrist to thumb)! we finally booked some shows around ny and are in the final stages of getting some new songs finished and this happens. had to cancel the shows, vinny can't play the guitar so recording is on hold too. he is getting pretty good playing the keyboard with one hand though and i've been getting better on the guitar so that's cool. in the meantime we've decided to post rough mixes of some of the new songs, we're also going to post a video that we made so stay tuned.....

hey everyone! god, it's been so long since we've written. all is well in joy zipper land. we're back in nyc, recording all the time. looks like we may have a few new songs up on the myspace page soon. also just completed our cover version of "wave of mutiliation" by the pixies for "dig for fire" a new pixies tribute ablum that's coming out in october. we had to fight for wave, they might be giants wanted to do it! sorry. hahaha.

there's acutally a limited edition first pressing of "dig for fire" that's available at www.myspace.com/pixiestribute or www.alr-music.com.

also, "go tell the world" is going to be featured on the lifetime television show "army wives" this sunday, june 3 @ 10pm. i saw the episode on the internet yesterday and the scene that our song is in is great. if you want to check it out go to the lifetime website, the song is in the last scene (one of the lead characters is giving birth!)

hope all of you are enjoying the spring! new songs soon...i promise. love, tabitha

Current mood:  creative

After 3 full length albums and one mini album we've decided to take it back to where it all began in Valley Stream, Long Island. Starting in November we'll begin recording our forth album in Vincent's aunt's basement. Our first album was partially recorded and fully mixed there and a lof of the songs from American Whip were written and recorded there.

p.s. definitely see the documentary "The Devil and Daniel Johnston" it's amazing, we've watched it 3 times in the last week!.... and please go out and buy the Kramer produced compilation "I Killed the Monster" in support of Daniel's medical bills...-thanks

hey everyone,

i'm sure you've noticed our new photo, it's actually not that new...just one of our favorites. it was taken in valley stream, long island. this version of it was used in an nme story.

looks like our time in florida is up...we're driving back to nyc in sept. we've written and recorded demos for our new album and now it's time to get the band together again for some shows in the fall....back to our tiny studio apartment and late nights. we're definitely going to miss being able to see the sky.

we've just started working with new u.s. management so i'll have info soon on when the next album will be out....i'm thinking by next summer.

thanks for all of your support. we love each and everyone of you!!

love, tab & vin

p.s. i took the tee shirts off of ebay...i need to figure out another way to sell them.....
