"We Are All Connected" the Dafur crisis benefit CD sponsered by Mercy Corps, featuring the opening-track "Love Myself Instead" (written by Jesse and Arielle with spoken word artist Abria Smith) is mentioned in the "Notes" section of the November 2006 issue of JAZZIZ magazine.

Performing Songwriter Magazine (Dec. '06 issue) mention...

The Darfur Benefit CD "We Are All Connected", feauring the song "Love Myself Instead" written by Jesse and Arielle Hayes with poet Abria Smith, is mentioned in the Dec. '06 Performing Songwriter's new music section (pg. 25). A great gift for those in a generous mood this season as all proceeds go to assist those suffering from the crisis in the Sudan.

A version of "Orange Moon" (Hayes/Rockberger) recorded by Aika for her new album "Ai Wo", debuted at Number 9 on Japanese radio. Justin Timberlake's "Sexyback" was in the number 10 spot. haha!
A music video for the same song is now in rotation on MTVJapan and available for download from ITUNES Japan.

The documentary "Prison Pups" has been release to rave reviews and awards across the country. Check the site www.mineralkingproductions.com for screenings.

Prison Pups follows four inmates as they raise and train service dogs for the handicapped and hearing impaired. This experience is profound as they become empowered by their role as trainers.

The Film features a score by Folk-Blues legend Chris Smither and The Hayes song "Still Here" with vocals by Arielle Hayes and additional vocals, bass and dobro by Jesse Hayes.

The films follows the lives of a family going "back to nature" (no water or electricity) at a rustic cabin is the woods of Vermont.
Hayes provides a beautiful backdrop of acoustic instrumental originals to this endearing documentary.
