This was my menswear design final project. I made the patterns over my winter break, and sewed them during the first couple months of the semester. What Do you all think? Also I would like to thank Richie for modeling and Danielle for being the amazing photographer, friend, and sister that she is! Also very important; I must thank my dearest friend Lucione for being there for me the entire time!

Ok, this is it, I'm done. Tomorrow I am gone. I leave. Wow. I'll try to make a post when I arrive, but that may take some time. So, for now... good bye. But don't you worry, I'll be back someday... wish me luck in the unknown, I know I'll be fine, but a little good luck couldn't hurt.

Current mood: okay
I am off to Europe tomrrow... Wow
I am off to NYC Aug 20th, a mere month and a half or so after I get back.
Wow... this will be an awesome, uber stressful year, but oh so wonderful. If any of you would like to give me a student loan (or maybe just "sponser" me..or maybe just be my sugar dady... ) that would be wonderful.. lol
So today I'm stressen about cleaning all of my clothes and then packing them all into one carry-on...and save room for my make-up and maybe a pair of shoes.... I'm also thinking about writing out my thank you letters and I'm doing loan research andf hopefully a loan application within a couple hours..arg. I hate money...Can't further education be something the gov. pays for insted....
Ok this is kinda random but still on topic. My uncle was telling me about when he was younger and went to lane and the gov. paid for all of it and living exspenses. He was saying I should talk to the counsler there for advice... I kinda had a wee of hope until I asked him what kind of aid he got and he told me he got the pell grant for lke some $17,000 a year or something.... I was like..oh ya? Wow I'm on the same pell grant except I'm getting $600 for the entire year from it.. major suckola... I was telling him all about how Bush raised the number of Pell grants offered (but at the same time it lowered the amout each person would get....)... I was telling him this back during election time and he just wrote it off as me getting false information..now he's like..oh shit.... that really sucks for you man. Fun Times

Current mood:current mood... other... or something
ok... life is "fun"... my car is dying...commiting suicide..... loosing the the ability to breath.... The "Crown Progect" is, I think, gonna be getting some more attention and ultimately have life breathed into it pretty soon... (those of you in the loop....you understand... )
So.. If my car desides to bite the dust like is somewhat expected, after the funeral service, I'll be forced to either get a new car (the one that is most likely as of right now is a 1981 Bu-ICK Skylark...in a wonderful rusty red/brown... very sketchy..but fun.) or else I'll most likely have to quit my job at the mall and just take it easy before I head off to NYC in the up and coming months.... fun times... Or else... there might be a third option... Stay at my grandmothers house..and um... "borrow" her car to get to and from work. The thing is... I'm not sure if I get a new car if it'd be worth it... I mean.. the hours I get at the mall pretty much pay for the gas and food court food... which means that the car would pay for itself..and thats about all... So... I'm in contemplation right now... wish me luck and lots of thought... Paying for college is um....gonna be a lot of fun... so ... yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaa.... and if I get the car..it'll only be in use until Aug 19... and then... it'll have 4 months off (from the car)... then it might, if I feel up to it and all of the powers that be still work where they do, it might be back in service for another month's work at the mall.... and then again possibly at Summer vacation... sorry this rant was kind of long and randomly scattered...
Wish me luck... yeeaaaaaa

Current mood:amused/annoyed
I posted a long time ago about how I Hate deer... well... I don't hate cops.. but they've proved themselves to be rather funny to me tonight. Here, let me explain:
I was driving home after a much annoyed day of trying to get my new notebook pc to get wireless Internet at barns and nobles, Starbucks, a random hotel, and borders. Sadly enough I discovered for all the places you need to pay or subscribe (aka pay with long term commitment) to be able to use there Internet. Needless to say, I don't like that idea. So I start heading for home and decide I'm hungry... so I pick up a little caesars pizza (note: this comes into play later.) So I start eating that as I drive, and after a while I am full. So Now I'm driving over a bridge in coburg (a joke of a town) and I'm stopped at a red light. Well I see the light is about to turn green so I start crawling up a little. I get a little further. And then a little further. Anyways the light turns green and I slowly takeoff and am about to turn onto the highway when I see the rather annoying spectrum of blue red and white flashing behind me.
I look up to see a cop flashing me down.... I wiggle my way back onto the road and pull into a near abandoned parking lot type thing. After much fear (and a few apologizes...If you know me you understand) I hand over y license, registration, and proof of insurance to the officer when he explains to me that one of my headlights is out. I was relieved and then scared all over again (Eugene is known for it's heavy fining of things on your car that are wrong that you didn't know about.... Luckily this was Coburg who has been making a recent killing speed trapping people...) So after declaring my lack of weapons (and stating my hand cuffs..) I was permitted to step out of my car to see the light. It was clearly smashed in. The light was not bunt out but instead the plastic/glass was shattered and the light out. Fun. After I got back into my car and he ran my information he comes back and informs me that he is just giving me a warning but I need to fix that right away. After a few minutes of talk he leaves. I sit there in shock, call my mom, explain to her what I just explained... and then drove off. I wish that was the end of the story, but it's not.
I'm driving on the interstate going home.... and a car pulls out of the emergency lane and begins to follow me. They get closer and closer and tail me for a god couple minutes. (note: I am driving about 55 now...sometimes 60.. but still under the speed limit as cars and semi's pass me... ) After I pass the rest station... and the car is still following me... The squad car lights go on and I am pulled off to the side of the road... again.
The officer walks up to the side of my car and informs me he is a state trooper. To his surprise I had my license, proof of insurance, and registration ready and waiting for him and I was laughing. I then explained to him the before mentioned story (neglecting to mention the stop light portion) and he kinda laughed a long with me. He then mentioned a smell he thought he smelt in my car. He said it is a scent along the lines of bong water.. or something along those lines. He then said it might just be the pizza. I told him there is absolutely nothing in my car and that he was free to check if he so pleased. He made me declare if I was under the influence of any illegal or controlled substances. I then laughed, said no, then told him how I don't drink, don't smoke, don't do anything...basically pretty boring. both the trooper and I laughed a little bit then he said he would like to check my car out if that was ok... he then asked me to get out of the car and to declare any weapons if I had them... I said no weapons, but I do have handcuffs, he laughed and said How he already noticed them. I also mentioned my new thumb cuffs... He patted me down... asked me to stand over by his car in front of the light as he searched my car. He looked in every mint can and under the passenger seat. He discovered a plastic container of white powder... but was disappointed to it's non drug related nature (I later mentioned it's true purpose for magic tricks and that it is the same stuff as in diapers.) He also found my machine gun 308 caliber bullet belt. As soon as he picked it up I hollered slightly it's my new belt and the shells are empty. He laughed and said it was a really heavy belt.
After he was done searching my car I asked him if he found anything interesting and he giggled and told me it was all pretty boring in fact. lol... he then ran my record and told me that too was pretty boring. lol... and on that note he sent me on my way again.... now I wish that could be the end of the story again... but it's not....
As I was pulling up the drive way there were three deer waiting for me... getting ready for an offensive attack..but they must have noticed the broken headlight and thought that the risk was too great... they then scurried off like the man that brought a sword to a sword fight (everyone knows you're supposed to bring a gun.....)
Well...tomorrow shall be fun... How many people wanna bet that I'll get pulled over on my way to school or else maybe picking up new headlight parts? this shall be fun.... but all I can say is I'm sure am gonna spray my car down with febreeze tonight....

Current mood:overwhelmed
Ok here it is... I'm moving out to NYC in the fall (I was accepted the Fashion Institute of Technology, my top choice and only school I applied to) I'm going to be staying in the dorms, and I'm trying to make a list of what I need... (trying to get everything while I still have some money...) It's a New York Dorm..which means small and I'll be sharing it with somebody else... They provide a dresser, desk, xtra-long twin bed, and a closet for each person (well..maybe just one closet for the both of us..I'll have to check)... No food, mini-fridges, or microwaves are allowed.... Overnight guests are... lol. Any ideas on supplies I should get? I'm trying to make a list to get in all together.
Thank You all for the help!
Levi

| What kind of drunk are you? Affectionate Drunk When you go out, you're all over everyone that you meet. It's possible that you're reserved when you're sober, but get a little wine in you and you're behaving as though perfect strangers are your oldest friends. Your friends probably think you're high-maintenance.
