Some Things We've Been Up To:

Renovations in our practice space (ceiling paint, couch, fan, gothic lamp, national geographic pictures, valentine's day heart light, etc..)

New haircuts

Played an impromptu show in our (almost) hometown of Patchogue. George, who by the way rules, let us practice in his wonderful basement and then recorded our three song set that evening.

Started recording a lot, like six or seven songs are tracked

Our album might be called "Aquarellas" (just a working title)

We are looking for string players

Andrea and her sister are raising 5 kittens that she found behind her job. Want one? Let us know

Thoughts of pressing our EP on vinyl are being thrown around

Our first show back is scheduled at a college just outside of Philadelphia, more information on that soon!

2009 is upon us and the future isn't nearly as funky looking as science-fiction predicted. The planet is imploding and the economy is shit, but there are a few things to look forward to. At least for us. Coming this March we plan on releasing a single titled "All Around and Away We Go" independently, with the song "Daniel" as a B-Side. This is exciting for us especially because "Daniel" has been floating in the air for about 3 years now without any type of presentable recording. If all goes well, we should be releasing our first full length album before June 2009! Wahoo! As of now, there are roughly ten brand new ideas we have been working on (in our new practice space we've been leasing in Bushwick, Brooklyn) which we'll begin recording when tracking begins for the single. As for performing live we have a few dates coming in January which we'll post in the next couple days. Happy New Year everybody!
