Hello all

You may or may not know that just before Christmas I organised for the band to be filmed at a gig by the television station that I work for (LSTV MUSIC) and for them also to be interviewed for the music show. We filmed their performance at the Cockpit and my good friend Alejandra Sampedro interviewed the guys.

The footage has finally been edited together and the interview will be on the next show. You'll be able to watch it on the net on the LSTV website which is www.lstv.co.uk  and my producer Jamie Williams is burning off a disc so that we can put it on youtube and on the band's myspace for all to see.

Play to ghosts.

Is the second album release from dark rockers K.o.kaine and offers up ten loud and in your face tracks which centre largely around an industrial hardcore influenced sound. Opening track we are the dead starts as a sombre number before exploding into a combination of manic guitars and screeching vocals. The rippling guitar intro of woman butterflys snakes makes it the perfect single choice with differing sections of the song making use of pleasing melodic vocals. This is certainly not an album for the light hearted and the sinister to the gallows is proof of that with its angry in your face guitar work. A rare quieter moment on the release is tired of the revolution which reveals a more tuneful funkier side to the band. The mayhem ends with look at yourself a seriously heavy track. Its an interesting release with moments of brilliance. If aggressive dark spooky music takes your fancy play to ghost could be right up your alley
