Current mood:Happy its not a Toomah
There is something special about a new year that compels me to place things in a logical order and present them to people. Thus, I give you my top 5 favorite Arnold Schwarzenegger moments. Top 5 Arnold moments: 5.There is no bathroom: This clip is not too action packed, but give it a chance. Kindergarten Cop has a special place in my heart, and that place has no bathroom.

4.I love my car: We all love our cars. They get us where we need to go, and give us a place to sit for a while. John Kimble has his own special kind of love for cars. We can all appreciate the fact that the movie never went any more in depth with the car-loving back story.

3.Dead tired : Bad guys have captured Alyssa Milano, and its up to John Matrix to get her back. Here we get to see John taking a BREAK with one of the bad dudes.
2.Screw you! : Benny screwed up... Benny screwed up big time! Though he has 5 (slash) 4 kids to feed, Quaid has him figured out. When you betray Quaid, there's hell to pay. We all know the DRILL, now let's watch and see if Benny does.
1.2 weeks: This scene was a credit to movie special effects of the time. It also spawned a catchy retort to anyone that happens to have something going on over the span of two weeks. This clip got bumped to number one because of all of the inside jokes it has given us over the years. I won't bore you with all the details, but they mostly involve John Bunnell.
2009 was not so bad. I was able to travel a bit and finish some of my side projects. I spent a good deal of time thinking about my past few years and life as a whole. I couldn't remember when all of the events in my memories took place, so I decided to make a time line to keep track. For a few weeks the time line looked something like this: 2/12/1985--------------->?/?/???? Born Dead I decided to fill it up with random important dates to remind me that its not that quick of a transition. The more time gaps that I found, the more I noticed that I really am living in a series of easily definable eras. Most of my worries and concerns that I can remember from those times seem pretty trivial to me now. I figure that the same will apply to important things now. I am turning 25 in February. I think that is partly why I am more scatterbrained now than usual. This year will be nice for a bit of mixing up. I am not quite sure what or how yet, but I think a little more gear changing will do me some good. We are thinking about installing a new fire pole to get downstairs. That's a good start!

I have decided that this chapter in my life may need to be documented due to the sheer importance of the experience. Brandon and I ate a ton of skyline chili. This will be explained in greater detail later, but I need to do a little house keeping first. I happened upon the first HTID DVD and saw the interview about midway through. I decided to share it with all of you because you get the once in a lifetime opportunity to see me ham it up with my eyebrows.
I still have not seen the last DVD with the full project USA interview, but I am sure it is just as radical. The real crime of the whole thing is that they did not once talk to our good friend Dr. Janosz Poha. Since the trip I have only a few bits and pieces to report. I won a Sony Bravia TV and Wii for playing Mario Kart at work. I would like to think that the unreasonable amount of video game playing I did when I was younger has finally paid off. This payoff was in the form of a bigger TV that I can play more games on… my math training leads me to believe that this is more of a pattern than reward. I’ve always hated math. Don’t let Ben Sparrow of Chelle talk to you about “Last Action Hero.” Brandon and I just got back from an extremely punctuated trip to Ohio. We left with one simple mission…eat a ton of Cincinnati fast food and ride a bunch of roller coasters. In all, we ended up eating at Skyline chili 4 times, Donato’s and Larosa’s pizza once, Montgomery inn BBQ once, and (begrudgingly) White castles once at the end. My body went on strike shortly after that. Along with our fast food fiascos, we were able to invite some old friends along to visit and catch up with. Most of them were from the chainsaw beer / high school era. As for outdoor entertainment, we went to KINGS ISLAND! It was a fairly rainy day, so we were able to ride on a majority of the coasters. Brandon also managed to wear his most offensive shirt to this event. It was the I <3 Jesus scratched our in lieu of I <3 blowjobs. The guard at the front gate told him to put it inside out. Brandon instead negotiated with him to instead put on his hoodie. As it turns out, Brandon also managed to have his most offensive hoodie. I am pretty sure the park patrons didn’t really know what to think of us. Surely they didn’t go through a training class to prepare them for us. It is incredibly easy to be strange in the Midwest. We got our fill of rides, and went about our merry way. Just before we left Ohio, Brandon’s buddy Bigner invited us to a party. It was a 3 stage rave on a riverboat! It was a really strange feeling to have a dance floor floating down the Ohio river. The scenery was pretty awesome, and the temperature was always chilly. I think this may be a new start of conquests to have parties on as many terrains as I can find. I cant wait for a swamp rave or maybe some kind of volcano. I think I have managed to learn a little bit from this vacation as I do with any. Nostalgia seems to hit harder every time I go back home. It seems to be more of a desperation of expecting to come home to the exact same environment where everything happens just like it did. Thankfully, Cincinnati changes MUCH slower than any other city I have been in. It was awesome to see family and friends and despite all the garbage that happened for that 6ish months I lived there with Camel, I will always miss home. I have a couple tentative upcoming events. We may be planning a trip to England around February, and California around New Years. As always, I hope to revisit Japan soon.

I decided instead of setting up a new wordpress blog on mrlegdrop.com, I would just update this one with each of my entries.
6/15
So this blog is actually being written in the future (6/16) because most of Sunday/Monday was a great deal of walking with a small deal of sleep. I am feeling pretty refreshed now, so its time to catch up a bit... so we left Phoenix to embark on a most excellent journey. Our flight was pretty standard and lengthy. The in flight meal was not all too terrible. It was chaacken and taters. All together it was about 14-16 hours of travel. When we flew into Barcelona we met up with Ben Sparrow by the customs area. We decided to let him be the cappin since he has been here before. We took another train to catch a bus to Lloret. Thankfully, that was only ~hour worth of travel. A vast majority of the view was naked people on the beach. When we arrived in Lloret, the atmosphere was vastly different. It is a very touristy district with a lot of random clubs. We went to check in at our hotel (the Don Juan) soon after. The lady at the counter looked like H.P. Baxter from Scooter. This was unfortunate. It turned out that each of us needed to pay a 45 Euro deposit upon check in. NEAT! After we checked in, we made our way up to the room. It looked really rough when we got there. As a side note, I want to say though at that point in the trip, things were looking bleak, but I can assure you from the next day that it got much better. So while we waited for maid service, we decided to check out the grounds. We followed a series of signs to their arcade. Among the few games there, we found a GEM! A game called "real puncher". It was another game that measured your punching ability. It actually had a story where you get into situations where you need to punch people. The first round Brandon had to punch out a merchant that looked a lot like a pimp. After he punched the machine once, it was out of order. I decided to take this as a sign. Up to this point, I believed that you can always punch your way out of any problem, but real puncher showed me the error of my ways. We also went out to get our passes at colossus for HTID. We got a nice little pass with info on all the goings on and were sent on our merry way. On the way back, we found a place that has crepes! I figured, what could be better than these tasty treats? Shortly after I walked to the back of the store and shat a BRICK... They had a bowling alley! I have no idea why a crepery would also have bowling, but I wasn't going to argue too hard. I think after this I slept for a few hours. When I woke up we were ready to hit the first night of the event. Though I have been going to raves for years, I have never experienced on in another country. I think this party will ruin all state side events that fail to measure up. It is much like going to live shows after GWAR and wanting for more blood and gore. Everyone at the party was extremely nice and polite. Apparently the handful of us from Phoenix and Seattle were the only Americans at the event. I ended up getting interviewed by a guy for the DVD. All of the sets that night were amazing. I am pretty sure I have never been to a party with this much energy. After that, we met up with Thorn and some of our new buddies from the plane. We went to star burger for some fish and/or chips. Oh yeah, we have a place with fish and chips right down the street. I am going to get fat. We managed to get a quick chat with Scott Brown before he took off.We also went to the beach with Sparrow and Starr. I don't remember much about what we did there except that the ocean was getting pissed off because Starr was pissing on it. We went to sleep after that. Today is fairly new, and we found a place with internet, so I hope to make frequent updates.
6..16
This entry will be a little short because I didn't pre type it on my laptop. I think I will also add some of the little events I forgot on a final recap entry. I will probably need to make some grammar revisions also. So far, last night was my favorite night here. It was the HTID project USA night. Our group only had like 10 people from the US, so it was really cool to see our guys play a set for everyone. We met another guy from New York by the end of the night. I am not sure what the guy who interviewed us does for the party, but he seems to have some kind of influence. Anyways, he also came up and gave all of us little mini flags. It was pretty awesome, but it did kind of make us targets for some hecklers. So far, the best was a rose vendor that said "USA... IS GOING DOWNNNNNN!" It kind of sounded like a hulk hogan interview. We also got a ton of Fuck Bush comments. I can't say that I blame them, but it was still kind of sad. The odd thing was that they were still friendly to us. This is a little off topic, but we just heard that Chandler cinema is closing and they are having their last Rocky Showing while we are still out here. Crapola! So yeah, I think the most universal thing we have found is Street Fighter. Brandon talked to a group of French guys about it, and they threw French Hadeukens... Then a group of English guys did pretty much the same. If only street fighter had its own dialect aside from throwing fireballs. We spent most of our night with our American friends. I wrapped up the night with more fish n chips, and our English buddies introduced me to a new drink called "Trina". Its a citrus soda that is pretty rad. Oh yeah, and we talked to a German kid about metal. I will go into more detail later. My time is just about up at the cafe, so I am going to roll for now. CHEERS!
6/17:
We slept in a TON today. After a nice dinner with the Sparrows, we took a long walk on the beach to a non sand castle. On the way back we saw a memorial for the special Olympics that had a wooden anchor. We felt like real bastards for laughing at that concept. We spent a pretty good amount of time at the event that night. I got to see Gammer, Darren Styles, and Sharkey. I was a little sad to find that every night has a theme that I couldn't dress for. The only exception is this Saturday which should be UV Raver night. That should be pretty gnarly. I think these reports will make more sense once I post pictures up. Today is shaping up pretty well so far, but I will wait until tomorrow to post the info. Thanks to our late night hyjinx, I have avoided much sun burning which is a major plus.
6/18:
Today was the tastiest day so far. We went to a Chinese place with the Sparrows early in the day, and a steak place at night. I had the beef and onions and Lamb chops respectively. I forgot to mention that at this point, Brandon has sold the street vendors his glow toys for resale. I am pretty sure that makes his vending skill gain at least like 30 points. We stopped by the club tonight to see Robbie Long and Joey Riot. Both sets were pretty impressive. Part of the day was spent shopping in the surrounding area. A good deal of the vendors around the main area had pretty much the same stuff. It was pretty much Nogales Mexico where they have European themed merchandise. They have a pub down the street called "Homer's bar" with Simpsons themed decor. I am not sure what the unholy obsession is with the Simpsons, but we figured we could come back here in like 5 years and see family guy stuff. We also got to hear more of MC Gsus. I forgot to mention that he was a reoccurring theme for us as well. According to local sources, he normally MCs in a Jesus robe, but he left it at home this time. Even without the holy vestments, he seems to add a lot to the music. I don't think we have seen a set in either room that did not have an MC. I can do without the vocal scratching, but some of it is pretty top notch stuff! the 19th should prove to be pretty rad. The lineup includes Darren Styles, Dougal, Breeze, Cally Gage, Hixxy (playing DnB!), and Kevin Energy. I am getting a little home sick, and I am glad I will have an extra day off to sort everything out before I start work again. I still have a week of vacation to spend. I was thinking of going to Australia, and Brandon wants to go to Madagascar. Maybe we can settle on Mongolia?
6/19:
Today we searched around the town to find things to do. We ended up on the outskirts which seemed a little shady. We got back to the main area just in time for a huge storm. It lasted all of about 5 minutes, but it gave us a good excuse to finally go bowling. All of the pins were on strings, and Brandon managed to F them up hard with his second bowl. The strings got tangled up and would not reset themselves. This is the second mode of recreation in lloret de mar that has fell to his wrath (the first being the late REAL PUNCHER). It has been a pretty awesome week and the music has been be best I have witnessed in this genre. I am pretty ready to go home. I am not sure what I will do without a flower vendor every 10 feet to heckle me. I have done pretty well to restrict my purchases to REALLY small things. I have some HTID swag and a few hello kitty capsule toys. We are coming up on our last couple days. I think I will take this weekend to catch up on some things.. Del Taco comes to mind.
6/20: The lack of sleep this week has hit us pretty hard. The UV rave night was going on until 6 AM... we made it for the last ~1 hour. It didn't really matter much, because we met up with all of our friends on the beach after it closed. We all got to see the sun rise together. We also almost got chewed up by this machine that drives up and down the beach to smooth out the sand. I lovingly call these sand crawlers. Not too long into the morning we befriended a group of naked Swiss kids. This was probably my second favorite night. I think it was pretty true that most of the fun of this event had nothing to do with the music (as good as it was). Our flight out has a stop in Brussels and Philly. I hope this surplus of sleep will help me not F up my flights. I made it a point not to really care about anything going on back home, so that will be kind of new to me again. I should get to the wrap up entry in a day or two.
Recap: So today is actually 6/24. Before I finish up our story I have to share a tale of great sorrow. Our trip home was a real trail of tears. After we all meet up outside the hotel, we found out that Rize's shuttle would not have enough room for us. This resulted in a mad dash to the bus station and secured a spot just in time. After a trip to Barcelona, we got a taxi to the airport. As fate and legend would have it, we got dropped off at the wrong terminal. We got an airport shuttle to the proper terminal just in time to miss the plane. The fine folks at US airways let us know they could get us on another one straight to Philly for the small price of ~$700 per person. The relief I got from hearing that was akin to that of pooping my pants. That would have been game over had Brandon not been able to pull an amazing social networking performance on the phone to the US office. Instead we got booked on a straight through flight to Philly for free. Things were looking up. When we got to Philly, we missed the flight to Phoenix. I figured we were a few moments away to compare notes with Clark Griswald on the end of their vacation. We then got a standby flight offer which only I was able to fit on. Brandon ended up having to spend one more day of BS before he got home. Thankfully, I made it back and got picked up by Kyle, Natasha, and Mike Saga. It was smooth sailing from there.
Anyways, the last day of the party was pretty cool. We spent a little time in the club to say our goodbyes. This trip was a little odd. I did get a bit of a taste of the Euro life, but we did travel to a spot that's more of a resort for other countries. It would be akin to visiting Las Vegas for an American experience. I did pretty well to forget most of my business in the states. The culture differences were a little jumbled compared to my Japan trip. The rave scene had some very distinct differences. As I had discussed with Sparrow, I think both sides have a lot to learn from each other. I am pretty happy to finally be home. I think it helped me put things in a little better perspective. I have always said that I couldn't listen to happy because it almost always has the opposite effect on me. Part of it reminds me of people and times that will never be the same. Part of it was just because it had a lot of themes that were pretty foreign to me. I think I started to get it on project USA night. I have to give a special thanks to my homies that made the trip 10000x better.

For this entry, I setup a wacky madlibs style contest. Throughout the blog, you will notice some robustly bolded words. These words are the answers to the general parts of speech I have asked for. It was tough to pick a winner, so I decided to amend the rules. The first version of the blog will be Kyle's version, and the second one is Shauna’s version. Kyle's Version
It hasn't been so long since my last blog entry. A few pretty notable events have happened that require reporting. Work has been going quite DRUNKENLY. After a little over a year, I am ready to cash in some of my vacation. Next month, Brandon and I will be hopping a HERMAPHRODITE to Spain. We are going to HTID in the sun. I can't wait for 7 days to FLEE in the sun. We will probably be going a couple days early to explore a little of Europe and meeting with our friends later. With any luck, we will meet up with JAMES BOND! I met a really awesome girl not too long ago. We saw each other off and on for a few months at one event or another, but I never had the BATH HOUSE to talk to her until Revelation. Unfortunately, I couldn't really think of anything cool to say like HEY BABY, LET ME THROW MY HOT DOG DOWN YOUR HALLWAY. Even so, we seemed pretty content talking about other topics like wrestling, vampires, and TED. Every time we hang out, it feels like the first time we have met. It's like a scene from DOOMSDAY! I DEFTLY tried to figure out what the future holds, but I have been far too taken by the present to care. Happiness is a really rare commodity nowadays, and I don’t plan to squander it on expectations from traditional doctrine. It looks like the summer may have plenty more COLD adventures in store. We have two other parties to REACHAROUND the night away at. AZ Fetish prom will be June 6th, and Raver prom will be May 24th. I will be looking for some kind of old Victorian themed outfit. I hope to be packing my POTTED PLANT up and heading to Ohio by the end of summer as well. I want to see the HAMBURGER at the Cincinnati zoo. It would be nice to FLEE up with my friends for the first time in about a year. I still haven't been able to make it to LA to see Lucha VaVOOM again. I always try to organize a trip with people to stay for a weekend, but they always flake. To them I say YOU WHO ARE ABOUT TO GO FUCK YOURSELF, I SALUTE YOU! Mayhapps I will see it again for the next birthday. If I can condense a really small weekend trip, I will be making a pilgrimage to Flagstaff to see if their Taco Bell truly does stock the Chillito. This may very well be an old SOO-YUNG'S tale, but I am willing to sacrifice time chasing it. Shauna's version:

Current mood: hungry
I can be a superstitious person about the most ridiculous things. Before it gets out in a tabloid mudslinging article, I will admit that I save all of my fortune cookie fortunes. Some times they are nice premonitions that I forget about before I can check them over for accuracy. More often then not, they are just observations about life and how I should live it. One could argue that this can bring good fortune, but I feel kind of ripped off when I don't have my exact future laid out for me in the cookie like nature intended. Up until about a week ago, I could grin and bear it. I got a fortune that pissed me right off. Does this cookie even care?! Anyone that spends more than like 5 minutes of time talking to me would think this is the most BS ridden parchment ever stuffed into a novelty dessert. I looked on the back of the fortune to see if they had an address I could return it to for a refund. Instead, it taught me a lesson about how to say baseball in Chinese. After the rage subsided, I realized that fortune cookies have played a big part in my life. Not too long ago, I had an inside joke running with Bender about the Dirty Harry movie "The Dead pool". Among its many awesome scenes, there is a part where this thug tries to hold up a Chinese restaurant. He is about to get away with it, but Dirty Harry stops him by saying "You forgot to read your fortune." *cracks open the cookie with one hand* "It says..... you're shit out of luck!" *Dirty Harry pulls out the hand cannon and smokes that bozo* For a while there, everything we did resulted in one of us being shit out of luck. I decided to take the joke to the next level. I went to a custom fortune cookie site and got a dozen cookies that say that same phrase in them. We then invite the unaware Bender for a nice Chinese dinner at pong pong. After he opened the prophetic cookie, he laughed and said "I really wish it would say that I am shit out of luck." After looking at the fortune, his mind was BENT. I have never been able to reproduce that kind of expression from him. Another example of fortune cookies in my life was previous to this. The first time I used a custom message was to ask an ex out. It was an awesome idea, but poorly place IMHO. If we take a step back a few years from that, I remember a time we visited DEF CON in Vegas. As I recall, we were sitting at the Excalibur buffet and I was determined to get an actual fortune. I ate about 10 cookies before I got sick. This left me a little disillusioned about what life has to offer. I have had plenty of ups and downs with fortune cookies. Though my Panda express experience really made me upset, this blog has helped me realize that these fortunes are the glue that hold us together. Much like a puppy that pees on the carpet, I can't stay mad at them for long.

Have you ever had someone you know vanish, evaporate, disintegrate, teleport, disappear, stealth away, dissolve, and/or burst into photons? Is this person a magician or or super hero? If you answered yes and no in that order, this story may rattle your BONES!!!!! After a fairly long stretch without a docking station, I met another potential Mrs. Legdrop. That was some ~2ish weeks I must say! One day she decided to stop talking to me cold turkey. If there's one animal's thermal welfare I am looking out for, it's turkey. Anyways, this kind of reaction seemed pretty unprovoked. It lead me to think the worst. Maybe she was kidnapped by a time traveling John Oates at the hight of his carrear and left with nothing to eat but the crumbs from his robust mustache. Maybe she fell into the haphazzardly placed world's largest novelty meat grinder at the state faire. Maybe still, she died of an extremely prolonged case of sudden infant death syndrome. Things were not adding up. I had to turn to the only real reliable source for these kinds of mysteries... Robert Stack! Lucky for me, I still had my trusty Jr. Medium's "my first seance" kit. " If you, or anyone you know have seen this girl, please write to Robert Stack's ghost. Ouija board 42469"
I couldn't argue with Stack's ghost. He was talking in ITALICS! His prophetic words really didn't help much. Though at the end of this tale I would love to tell you it was Colonal Mustard in the champagne room with the vibrator, the truth is not nearly that entertaining.
I would like to think that a lesson was learned from all of this, but I am not sure yet what it should be. Until I figure that out, I would like everyone to at least know that the average human body has 10X the number of bacteria cells in the body then it does human cells.

October is approaching soon, and with it comes lots of responsibility. I need to find out what I want to be for Halloween! My two big choices are Dave Thomas, and an overly elaborate zombie. I refuse to be a zombie Dave Thomas, because I would not want to taint his impeccable reputation for producing delicious chaaacken nuggets at affordable prices. I will make my decision in the up coming month. VS. I think we are also planning on making another trip out to see Lucha Va Voom the day before Halloween, which will make for a bit of travel. I hate shutter shades. Nothing will change my mind about that. I remember the day one of the "Lords of death" from big trouble in little China started his prototype model of those glasses back in the day. At least his hard work has paid off and kept him out of the green-eyed Chinese girl kidnapping business. Last weekend was Brandon's birthday bash Lingerieve 2.This gives me a good chance to spam some more links. Of the many attendies, we got to see Phil York and Mind Bender and myself in leopard print undies.

Current mood:Tedicated
Last weekend we were able to partake in the age old tradition of the Arizona fetish prom. There were some PROMinent guests there Saturday night! I was able to scrap together an outfit thanks to a generous boot discount from the graffiti shop and a short term pants loan from our good friend widget phreak. The after party was where the real action was. For one night, bender got to play the role of Julius Cesar/Willow in a stunning double feature. Many people in the pool area fell victim to his deadly point. I think it added a nice touch to the debauchery for the rest of the night. I would like to dedicate this paragraph to other people. This is because I would like to think I am good about selflessly recognizing other people's contribution. That is because I am really cool. ME! Special thanks goes out to Brandon, Kyle, Rob, Bender and Casey, Mike Saga and Candi, Mitch, Aaron, Marissa, and that girl in the gimp mask for making this an awesome weekend. Pictures soon to follow!

Current mood:Toasty
I have decided that before I get into my life, I would start my blog in everything / nothing site format. Because this is about Mortal Kombat, the remainder of this blog will replace words that start with a phonetic "C" sound with the letter "K" out of respect. I bet you KAN find them all!
I was watching one of my favorite romantic komedy movies yesterday: Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. I remember it being pretty cheesy, but this scene really took the kake.
Kombat..
They say words kan't hurt, but if bad dialog kould kill, that would have been the fatality. I think Sindel kould have (and probably did) play her role while under the influence of strong glue sniffing.
The real krime of the movie was the blatant disregard for the real star of Mortal Kombat... RAIN! I understand that they had a kast of like 50 karacters they needed to kill off, but poor rain never even got to uppercut once. On another note, animality should have been renamed to beastiality. Also, why haven't they made a Tetris movie yet?! I am glad I got to get that off of my chest.
So far life has really picked up for me! My two week vacation to Phoenix ended up becoming another move in the making. I ended up getting a job at Go daddy with Brandon doing product sales and support. Because of the nice loot influx, I also will be signing the lease to stay in as his roommate. I have met a krazy amount of people since I have visited, including our new shenanigans krew. I have unfortunately had to put the second Japan trip on hold AGAIN to make this happen, but next time I see the Muffins, it will be with a lot more "Off House" fodder.
