Whats good world?

We've been relativley quite as of late due to school. We have played only one show since September so we thought we'd do another one soon. Feb. 23 at the Parsippany P.A.L. with Mattress Armada, My Aim Is True and We Still Have Paris are all playing. Each band has come out with a E.P. recently and wants you to own it so come down and enjoy some jams. Speaking of jams we've been jaming lately thinking of new ideas for songs and such. No real talk of recording again soon but you never know if you'll be seeing a new demo on the page soon. =) Anyways that about it. Oh, and also we plan on playing a shitload (And I mean a shitload) of shows over the summer. We figure we'll all have our lisences by then so we'll be driving like crazy. That's it. Peace out.

Whats up guysss?

As you guys know we recorded a 5 song ep in August and today is the day we finally get them! We have not set a price on them yet so when we know we will tell you! This material means so much to us and it really shows our progression as a band over the last 6 to 8 months. After early November we will be trying to play as many shows as possible so you guys will have a chance to get a cd and see us live. We know its maddd early but we have started talking about a short 3 to 7 day tour across the NorthEast. Now I know what youre thinking. Theses guys can't even drive, how will they ever last out on the road! But don't worry, we know what were doing. So thats that! Listen to our music and come to some shows. We'll see you guys later!

Hey guys! Long time no talk. We havent really been on our myspace too much since may. We've been working on 5 new songs to record in August at Uphill Stuidos with Tom drummer from The Thief. We played a bsaement show and debuted some new songs and you guys seemed to enjoy it! Weve been asked t play many shws this summer but due to band members not beeing here and us recording we've only played one. But dont worry, youll be starting to see new shows every now and then starting in September. We'll have the cd release date as soon as possible. Keep checking back and thanks for your support!

Whats going on guys?

Well, we've been writting new songs for our first full length cd! We've gotten 4 songs so far that sound so kick ass! As for summer plans we will not be looking for places to play because we will be in the middle of writting. However if we get invited to play some shows (like the ones coming up in August) then we will most likely accept. We hope to have some demos up by mid-summer. Keep on checkig back!

Hey all. As you have probally heard, our good friends Accepting Reality have just called it quits. We thank them for being good friends and for playing some rocking show with us.

Hey guys,

We've been camped out in the Kusant's basement for a month or two now and we have almost completed our demo entitled "There's a monster in the closet" All we need to do is vocals but sadly, Rob is sick and he is trying to regain his voice back. Hopfully it will be done for the March 3rd show and if not March 9th show. Our show on March 3rd is with Honesty Eyes, Vintage Eyes, Matress Armada, Dear Darla, The Thief and Lines Before Innes. We hope to pack the place to its maximum because this will be one of the best Taken By 12 shows ever played.  We all hope to see all of your faces out there clapping and singing along. Thats it for now. =)

Hey guys.

Happy new year everyone! I hope you guys are enjoying it as much as we are. So today we had band practice and wow. In my opinion we have completed the best TBT song ever made. No joke its that good. We are still recording the drums for our upcoming cd/demo and soon will be bass. We hope a new show or two will appear sometime soon becuase we are ready to show some new material. Marc might be going to check out a place to play over the weekend so we'll tell you how that goes but besides that, nothing much is happening. See you later.

Marc recorded our song "Price I Pay" Today.The bad news is that this one is for the CD and the CD only, so i won't be up on the internet. I guess you'll just have to wait to to hear it. But boy does it sound splended!(The drums @ least) Keep checking our blog for more info about recording.

Hey everyone,

Today was a recording day for Marc. He recorded Get the Crowd Jumping and "Mike's Song." After maybe an hour of set-up time we got these down in no time. We are currently recording an Cd/Ep/Lp/Demo. lol. Our plan is to record 10 songs (some of which are still undone) and mix them. Funnel out the songs we don't like as much and whala! Finished. We hope to be 95% done recording over the Winter Break so we can get it out as soon as February. But the likelyhood of that happening is not that high. But don't stress out TBT fans, a new song on the myspace will come by the begining of the new year. Until the next recording journal.
