The new CD just dropped on Tuesday the 18th of December.

I got to see the first Copies only today, this beautiful and rainy Wednesday the 19th, and already it is selling fast. I thank you in advance for supporting it and please support it as you can, it needs all the support to get the message heard worldwide.

It is also a perfect gift for friends and family and co workers.
It features one famous song, Green Sleeves, and it will be selling in stores,

It seems like a lifetime ago my first Indie CD was released. The ....Right Place...., as some of you remember, was out on ..June 28^th, 2004.., as my first CD. It was more acoustic and many of you have grown a lot with the message of its musical journey. ....

Here we come, on this ..November 27^th 2007.., and you may wonder how it took so long to get the new CD out. This follow up CD is a brain child that took a lot longer to bring to life. ....

Perhaps it was the huge amount of growth experienced in my life, and the change from being an acoustic act to having both that and the full band now known as Saved by A Vision. ....

This new journey is not only one of great faith and of gentleness, but one of higher peace, strength and massive action. It starts with the song Strong which itself was conceived in July 2004, just when the first CD was released.  Perhaps as the first CD was a search for the right place, a great leap was needed to get to the place I felt called on by the universe, by God. A place where I can reach through my music and its messages to the masses and not only a few thousands of my precious fans (like you) ....

A place where my music and my own life can be an inspiration to countless people around the world, not just locally, and that by my daily life you too would be empowered. ....

Strong was the fire behind the conception of this new CD. ....

It however was the biggest challenge when it came to bringing it fully to life. Many recordings of Strong were done, but none could match how I heard it and my vision for it. We then had the full band record it at a live show out of town at a famous venue, and still it didn't come out right. We did another live recording in ....Toronto...., mastered it in a separate studio, but again it wasn't it.  I was getting discouraged. My personal favorite song (Strong) wasn't there yet.....

Strength is something we can find within, and you may be of any faith to find strength, even an atheist can find strength within. It can help you turn things around as the right place was guiding you to. But also, if you discover God and the truth of God (which is not something the eye can see, but our spiritual eyes can see if we only open the eyes of our heart) you could discover much greater strength. ....

In fact, a closer look at God's word (the bible) tells us that nothing is impossible with God, and the word teaches us that he can show you things you have never known or seen. He is the authority of the world we live in and the word states that nothing is impossible if we follow his word and walk in him. ....

Thus we'd be able to achieve much more. ....

I knew I could not leave this song behind as it would potentially inspire millions of my fans to change things around, not just search for The ....Right Place..... ....

Strong was it. As I searched for all my options, new musicians crossed paths with me and they understood my vision for the song. I went into the studio to make it a full production. The right people came along and we made it happen.....

I hope this song becomes a soundtrack to your daily life as I know it would enrich it so much.  Know that you can do all things if you could only believe more, so be stronger. ....

And with God you're even stronger, but follow his word.....

With the fire Strong gives to the album, we then go on to a new place on The First Ones Here. We find new freedom that others haven't found yet. We get to a new place because we have faith. Then "There's Peace" comes in, a favorite to so many of you where the message of Peace by faith is spoken.....

We celebrate with my popular Celtic dance Fiddling in the Woods, a song you'll hear at the shows, on radio and on television. We take some time to relax with Lost in A Moment's Dreams, and then go on to songs like Peaceful for contemplation. Soon after, the memory of a loved one who is serving in the army is brought upon us. We feel for those who miss their loved ones serving their country and the song Free comes to life as we await the beloved soldier to come back home safely. Vision Waltz is an instrumental song of vision and dreams being realized, the vision of Peace around us, and around the world, and so we believe.  A bonus track was added at the very end as we rejoice in Peace, Love, Strength and the mission being fulfilled in ....

It premiered today ( Who's smarter than a Canadian 5th Grader )

and it's a great show, so awesome. One guy won 175, 000 dollars, wow.


What they've done is used different segments from different shows and put it together.

Some of you wanted to see me play the songs for the crowd, and we did, but it was during intermission and for this first show, they used a segment from a show of a different day.

Most likely they won't air the music as the shows are one hour each and they have to fit in all the contestants and commercials, so not enough time is left for the music.

We never know, I'll watch the coming shows to see if our music was played on air, but most likely not as not enough time is left with all these contestants taking their time to answer the questions and go for the big prize. Was great to see my name on the credits after the show.. and we loved playing for the large live crowd at the show.

If you don't see the music in the next show (as segments are mixed between different days of shooting on location), you'll surely see it at upcoming TV appearances.

We'll be on Canada AM, City tv, and again on the lovely Global network. It's awesome.

On Friday,  I was at the Shelburne's annual event which is also Canada's if not the world's biggest fiddle championship.  Many fiddle legends have come there to compete and the audience of 1000 people gets to see who wins.

This year, for the first time, another round of competition was introduced. For the 1st time in 57 years, the GOSPEL category was introduced.

As I got there on Friday, checking in to see where I'm playing and where I'm competing, they also marked me down for the Gospel round.  I didn't know I was in it.  But being fluent to play, We went backstage with my accompanist and within minutes we had 2 songs ready, in fiddle style.  Grace like rain and Days of Elijah.

As we got ready for the Gospel / fiddle round, they announced me first among all competitors. We went up for the crowd of 1000 and played the two songs. I took on many solos feeling the spirit in me, and the reaction from the audience was great.  

It was also a mark in History for the Shelburne competition, at the Dufferin arena, where the legends have all played and where thousands of people visit during the weekend to see the entertainment,  that I played for the first time in their 57 years the Gospel round with 2 songs keeping the crowd's attention for the entire performance.  We just stepped down from the stage and  people were asking for CDs and autographs. They loved it.

But in the fiddle championships, I also won 4th place with a cash prize. Playing old time fiddle is a different style for me, and so beating out all these fiddlers was an accomplishment. Now back to booking band shows.
