Hey Everyone!

Hey everyone,

After thinking about it for a while - Brendan and I have decided to part ways with Crisis Jane. We each reached our decisions separately, and have different reasons for doing so. If Brendan ever gets on the internet (I believe he has a 14.4k dialup modem, which loads the average myspace page in roughly 36 hours), he will write his own goodbye, but for now I can just speak (type?) for myself.

I have met the most amazing people while being in this band, and had some of the best times of my life while playing in it - but I knew that as time went on my heart was not into it anymore. It wouldn't be right for me to continue playing and writing in Crisis Jane now that I know this for sure. And although October 23rd will be my last show with Crisis Jane, I love writing and playing music more than ever, and will be continuing to do so in other projects. Thanks again to anyone who let us sleep and shower at there place, every promoter who let us on a show, every band we played with and most importantly anyone who came out to a show and supported us. It means the world.

Hey everyone,

We just finished off a rad summer! Played quite a few amazing shows, including a hilariously muddy show in Brandon at XFEST, where we were lucky enough to share the stage with Dave Faber of Faber Drive! (look up CRISIS JANE on Youtube to and find it - its there - BUT try to avoid Brendan's weepy blog confessionals or Fosters weird web cam dance videos. Yes, he is wearing sweat pants.)

We have a new song up, "AND TAKING NAMES" which we have been recieving good feedback for. We will have another song up soon as well!

The most important news is we are finishing up booking our 2nd Canadian Tour... this time we are going a little farther West and doing more dates in Ontario.

WE NEED YOUR HELP PROMOTING THESE SHOWS. Our last tour we had pretty good turnouts at every show thanks to people telling all of their friends, putting up posters, and spreading the word through Twitter, Facebook, and Myspace. I hope everyone can help us again! Soon we will have posters up on our Myspace of EVERY show that you can use to spread the word as well, plus other options. I am super tired and have to work early tomorrow, so instead of staying up a bit longer, I will just post more tomorrow. 3 Red Bulls + 2 cups of coffee somehow doesn't seem very good for my heart. I mean, its at a healthy 145 BPM resting rate right now, but I don't think I should try to get it any higher.

CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES, POST BULLETINS, TELL YOUR FRIENDS!! Spread the word and help support unsigned bands. We don't got Gene Simmons on our side, but as long as people help promote, these shows will be unreal.

See you guys soon... and YES we are trying to fit street hockey gear into our trailer so we can have some mad pick up games on the downtown streets of Montreal, or in the gravel backlanes of community clubs! (Every street hockey goalie loves a face full of gravel, broken glass, and screws - as long as they make the save, thats all that counts!)

Hey everyone!

CRISIS JANE just finished there first Eastern Canadian Tour! We played across Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island and all the way back. The best 3 weeks of our lives. We met so many awesome bands and people, and had such good responses at shows that we will be heading out there again in the fall. I want to personally thank everyone who got us shows, posted posters, told there friends, promoted on Facebook/MySpace , let us crash at there place, gave us meals, and helped us out in anyway. I know lots of bands say it, but its so powerfully true that I have to say it again - this could not happen without you and we appreciate it more than any words or language could explain. Thank you.

Back to the home front though...

Randomly, we were able to get onto COUNTRYFEST 2009 in DAUPHIN, MB. We will be playing at 9:30PM on THURSDAY, JULY 2nd at the CREDIT UNION CORAL for the Battle Of The Bands there. We are playing only 1 hour before BIF NAKED lol. So hopefully if you have tickets you can stop by and watch us jam out our new songs and maybe some Shania Twain or Taylor Swift. The festival is sold out, so unless you already have tickets you will have to wait.

Because we are busy finishing up some new recordings, and booking a Western Canadian Tour in September with our friends we met in Ontario, Final Thought, we won't be playing many shows this summer. So come out to the FAME CD RELEASE PARTY on July 24th in Winnipeg, MB at the Park Theatre.

Okay... so if you don't know the name of Our Lady Peace's singer, those 2 really poorly planned puns will mean nothing to you.

Foster here, I am selling a Peavey Triple XXX guitar head, and a 4x12 Peavey cab to go with!

The Head has 3 channels, 120 watts RMS, and 4,8, or 16 ohms out.
Both are in decent physical condition, have abit of road rash, but work great.
