Jessie and I thought it would be cool to make dinner and we all spend the night over the there.  we have a pool and hot tub and it would be cheaper then us going out as we will take care of the food and drink.

So we're having a car wash this saturday morning from 9am to 1pm and then practicing after that. I was told its at the 1st Commercial Bank in Kissimmee.
I will post more information as soon as it is given to me!!
Sunday's Practice is from 9am-6pmish.

Hey guys its Jessica. I just got new practice times from Kevin.
We are practicing at OHS from 12:00-4:30 and then we all have to go to Lake Howell to help out the high school guard, he said we will probably be there until about 7pm. then the rest of the night is yours. Please get to practice ONTIME!!! If you are constantly late, you obviously need to adjust what time you leave! (sorry about the rant, but with writing our new show we need all the time we can get!)

Thanks again for this past weekend, awful hours of course but with any independent guard you have to do what is needed to get things done and you guys did.  And on that note, all guards go through kids quitting and its always for different reasons. 

Just a note as well, I have a person who will now help with money which was a reason given this weekend.  All checks were put in today and will be processed.  Please make sure you are keeping track of your money in your account, in the real world as you get older you cannot tell merchants to hold checks until you have money in your accout.  This is a huge learning curve for some of us, but once you give a check out you keep your account balanced and  REGARDLESS if the merchant cashes the check or not, you must keep those funds freed until it does clear.  From now, checks will be cashed within a month, so keep track of your money.

 

Fund raising-  A big complaint about not enough fund rasiing?  The HUGE one was set for Valentines Day and in the past has brought in over $3000 in one day, unfortuntely nobody wanted to give up a day and do this so all of that much needed money is now GONE.

With guard season underway, the next fund raiser will now be candles again in two weeks and two car cashes:

The next two Saturdays will start with a car wash in the morning for ALL of you so we can start paying for Dayton.

Saturday we will fund raise in the morning and then do the show re-writes in the afternoon with Brandon. 

This Saturday is 10AM-11PM which includes the car wash.  I will email that info out this week.

Please start getting money in for Dayton, the Dayton trip is $500 per person which includes the bus, vans and the hotel stay.  This check goes directly to Satellite.

We have cancelled Miami and Lake Howell shows for the rewrites so that we do not rush with the new show.

Folding is an easy answer and im glad everyone is on board to move on and finish strong, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Uniforms are in, they are VERY general sized so the sooner you get over to Deborahs, the better.

I will pay for alterations if they are BADLY needed, but we will go with what we have this weekend.

We will have the uniforms tonight at OHS until 9:30 if you wanna swing by and get them.

 

Jessie is buying the paint today for our make-up, I will have paint brushes and three bottles of the colors for everyone to share, this is real make-up paint so its pricey.

You might want to get a body stocking off of discount dance.com, the uniforms are not lined and ARE HOT.

Friday is a 9pm call time, Traci will start teaching work, all others can join us after you get off work.

Next weekends call time is:  Sat morning 4:30AM, we will drive to Miami and dot he regional, we will be coming back the SAME day to avoid staying over in Miaim since the account is empty.  Here is the regional schedule:

Thanks for a great show this weekend. We tried our best with only part of a show! One thing though, please, when practice is scheduled to start at 11, be there at 10:45. Showing up at 11:01 is not ontime. People who continue to show up late are going to start facing some punishments. If you have to work, get out early. Your jobs should already know that you have obligations on the weekend. If you live a distance away, and continue to get to practice late, leave earlier. I live 10 to 15mins. from OHS, but I leave my house 45 mins. before our start time just in case something happens, or I need to get gas, food, etc. I am tired, along with our instructors, of people walking in during stretch-outs. Bottom line get to practice early!!!!

Meet at OHS at 12 noon, SHARP, help load the van for premier.  Your call time at Winter Springs is 4PM, please arrive in blacks and with hair and make-up done.  We will help OHS on the floor and then go into warm-up after eating a snack.

Youre done after retreat at 10, have fun and Sunday is OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

next weekend is Saturday 11AM- all day

tomorrw is report time of 9:30 PM, we will help and watch little OHS do their first run through in a gym, or should I say, FIRST run through ever.

 

We will then load in and start learning drill if it arrives.

As per the calendar, there is NO practice on Friday, BUT, the entire team needs to be at gift wrapping thate night, this takes the place of practice and is more important since we are very low in funds and costumes have to be ordered soon, I dont mind 4 hour shifts, but since we are canning practice, this is important so please email Deborah and let her know what 4 hour shift you are planning on working.  I want 4 members at the table all night so please make this happen or we can reschedule practice.

Hello! Practice was great this weekend. Everyone did a great job! Please practice the dance and sabre basics!!!! Plus everything else. Here's the list of people working this week for gift wrapping. Make sure you show up because we are counting on you to be there. Everyday the shifts are from 10am to 9pm. If there aren't enough people for a night shift then we close early. On Saturday we have practice after gift wrapping so be prepared to go straight to practice! Carla if you can make it to any of these please call me (Deborah)! The week before Christmas shifts will be decided at practice on Saturday the 15th. Good luck if you have finals!
