Well well hello everyone and welcome once more to the Mariners renowned infamous and to date quite demanded blogg.
Both historical and contemporary events will appear in this blogg due to our extensive tour programme experiences.
I've been on vacation for cryin' out loud, and I still am actually. I'm going up north fishing tomorrow, so remember tomorrow when I catch the biggest trout in the lake;-D
Scream for me Gammalkil!!!
So we went down to play our first festival in years. And what a festival that was. Especially thanks to Johan, the great leadsinger of the great band Ballbreaker, who organized the whole thing and made it a great party for everyone. Catering, nurse, schedule and massage was available. Everybody were happy. Not least the members of various bands who drank and sang til the bitter end of daybreak on the funny afterparty. It's nice when the booze is for free;) We had a laugh in the cozy backstage tent in the afterhours.
The festival bill was very comprehensive and contained various acts like everything from acoustic pop to metal. It also contained the obligatory turmoil. Some stupid urchin tried to steal our tourmanager's car antenna. Big mistake punk!
Ronny "Mad" Maximus (Yep that's his name) decided to retire with his family due to intoxication and malfunction( but some rumours has it that he couldn't stand the noisy heavily hammered audience):-P Next we heard there was some bastard who climbed up on the roof of his trailer and tried to rip the antenna off. Eventually there was no bloodshed, luckily for that guy,he he he. Ronny is 6 feet tall and eats kids for breakfast!!!
We could hear him roar far away. Can you imagine that? It didn't happen in the centre of Stockholm but it happened out there on the bloody countryside. Well I'm a Wrathchild...finally that song has a meaning! Or maybe Fear Of The Max oughta be more appropriate, he he he!

Worth mentioning is that we headlined the big stage, wich was quite a challenge due to Ballbreakers and Vagabonds excellent performances before us. But we nailed them;-)
Oh by the way, I've been sailing my new boat aswell, hence the delay.
