My new CD, "Thank You for Joining the Happy Club", is done and it has been shipped off to the "CD Maker People", which is a technical term meaning the people who make the CDs.

10 songs made their way onto the final CD: 9 songs by yours truly and 1 "cover song", which is a technical term meaning a song written by somebody else. Here are the names of the songs on the CD:

So my new album, "Thank You For Joining The Happy Club", is coming along swimmingly. 10 great songs, performed with aplomb by "Billy Kelly and The Blah Blah Blahs". You've got to hand it to "The Blah Blah Blahs" — they know how to take a song and make it happy all over! We're on track to have the cd out by April 14th. YAY!

My new online kids show, "The Billy Kelly Show" will debut in late April. The show will feature some animation, some music videos and a whole lot of goofing around. You're going to love it. I can feel it! My web site, thebillykellyshow.com is coming soooooooon too.

I'm trying to learn to do animation, for a "People Really Like Milk" music video. This is my first attempt. I figured I'd start with the hardest thing there is to animate: somebody walking, whistling, and humming at the same time.

It's pretty rough, but not a bad start, methinks. Please; enjoy:

Billy Kelly Walks, Hums & Whistles

Today I took a trip to my local crumb store to see what interesting crumbs they had for sale.

After looking at a really nice doughnut crumb, an english muffin crumb, and an assortment of whole-grain pizza crust crumbs in the display counter, I decided to buy a very rare, original Corn Flake crumb for $127. The crumb store man said this Corn Flake crumb was from 1974 or 1975, and he told me that it was in excellent condition. "Very collectible," he said. Just the thing to add to my crumb collection, I thought!

I plan to spend the rest of the day re-organizing my crumb collection to make room for this fine new specimen. If someone reminds me later, I will post some photographs of my crumb collection on this site. I'm sure you will enjoy them.

Recording for my new cd, tentatively titled "Everyone Seems to Really Enjoy Billy Kelly's New CD" has officially begun. I hope to have this thing finished and out by March/early April. I'm recording with my new band, The Blah Blah Blahs, and we're working on 16 songs at the moment. I'm not sure how many will make it onto the final cd, but these are the songs we're working on:
