Hello everyone!
We are opening up a number of positions on the site. One major prerequisite is that you
MUST be over
18 years of age. Here are the job descriptions:
Challenges TheChallenges are a very important component of the site. In the comingmonths, the challenges prizes will become bigger and bigger as thesubmission numbers increase. Because of this, we will need adependable team to prepare to:
1) Prepare the actual Challenge.
2) Make sure the submissions follow the criteria and rules of the Challenge.
3) Answer all messages (PM’s, emails, etc.) about the Challenges.
4) Coordinate with other moderators and administrators during the judging process.
5) Handle the delivering of the prize, unless it is a mailed prize.
6)Keep track of the Challenges category and delete any challenges over amonth old. Deleted challenges should have zero submissions or bebreaking the submission rules in some way.
7) Report to Challenges head about any possible issues and concerns.
BetasWe are restructuring the Beta forum. The beta moderators will need to:
1) Report to the beta head with weekly activity report.
2) Make sure authors are set up with betas, or are on some sort of organized waiting list.
3) Communicate with authors and their betas as needed.
4) Alert admins with potential problems or concerns.
Site Editor Archive Side1)The site/story editor makes sure banners/graphics are within siteguidelines for size and content, making the necessary changes to thosethat aren't, and notifies repeat offenders in accordance with themember strike system
2) Evaluates summaries to ensure siteguidelines regarding proper length, content, and format are followed.Makes necessary changes/deletions.
3) Monitors NC-17 stories to ensure the writers are of legal age. Notifies an administrator of any violations.
4)Investigates reports of violations sent in through the gmail account
The Forum Side1) Responds to issues in the Question/Problem thread and also to the problems sent in through the gmail account.
2) Keeps track of any users violating forum rules in the member strike system thread
Both sides: Responsible for keeping the administrators up to speed on any issues/recurrent violations or problem members.
Myspace and Facebook Weare now on Facebook and Myspace. These moderators should have amoderate understanding of Myspace and Facebook, and have a basicknowledge of Myspace and Facebook editing procedures. To ensure that weare updating both pages as needed the moderators will:
1) Report to the Myspace/Facebook Admin
2) Update the Facebook/Myspace accounts as needed
3) Keep up to date on site news and happenings.
4) Answer or forward questions sent to the Myspace and Facebook accounts.
5) Interact with Myspace/Facebook friends as needed.
Graphics We have a need for more graphic moderators, to take some of the workload off of Ashlee. These moderators will need to:
1) Have a medium to advanced knowledge of graphics software.
2) Have worked with Myspace and website graphics before (no html or coding will be involved)
3) Have approximately two hours free per week to devote to graphics. (There will be weeks with no projects)

5. Can you be diplomatic/fair in dealing with members who are usually much
younger and immature?
6. Do you have at least basic computer skills (for the story/site editor position)
There are some perks with being an admin. You get full donor and arcade permissions. You also receive exclusive information through our Donor site, "celebrity gossip", that is not shared in the blogs on Myspace or Facebook.
