New Atole member Copy was asked to do a Portland Mix for XLR8R and he was super kind enough to put in Atole (decided b4 he joined not that that matters..)  Here is what homie has to say..

xlr8r.com asked me to put a mix of portland music together to coincide with the release of their pdx issue, and they've just posted it at http://xlr8r.com/podcast/2008/10/86-til-infinity-pdxlr8r-copy

so, i called the mix 86 till infinity because 1986 that's the year nu shooz put out their hit record 'poolside' that included the single 'point of no return' which i picked to open the set with. it seemed appropriate to start things off with portlands first (only?) big synth-pop band... the rest of the mix features some portland artists that have been holding it down here for a long time, and some newer dudes who've added a lot to the scene in the shorter time they've been a part of it. i also threw in a snippet of a new copy track called 'breakfast', which will be on the new album i just finished. i wish i could say when it was coming out, but i'm honestly not sure. sometime early next year hopefully!
