...the lady I sat next to on the plane was very friendly and we made small talk, her name was (and still is I would imagine) Heidi and most of our intermittent conversations were about long flights (funny that) and..longer flights.

i went for a walk, taking roughly two hundred and seventeen steps, when i came across a snickers dog, it was one of those long dogs whose tummies nearly touch the ground. this one was more oblong than most others i've seen, snickers shaped, even. or maybe crunchie shaped. or maybe crunchie ice-cream shaped. there was something in the way it walked, as though it had just stepped out of a freezer. but also in the way it seemed as though it was filled with honeycomb flavoured icecream, with it's organs swimming inside like tiny chunks of chewy crystallised honey. it was a good day.

was no exception. in my sleep pocket i leapt from olive to pumpkin slice to fetta chunk as though
i were wearing springy slippers and the pizza itself was a circular trampoline. when i wear my pj pants with martini olives on them i dream of the letter n.
