I am happy to share with you that "Two Lovers" has reached the semi-final of the "UK Songwriting Contest 2009" in the Pop category. The "UK Songwriting Contest" is the biggest song writing competition in the UK and it runs in association with BBC Radio, the BRIT Trust and other leading music industry organisations.

I'm pleased to get this far and to be noticed by music industry specialists in the UK among nearly 6000 competitors and on top of that in the most competitive category. (By the way there should be an electronic music category  but I will take "Pop" )

The Austrian national broadcaster radio FM4 chose 30 ‘outstanding’ songs from the Austrian music scene. I am very happy to announce that “Two Lovers” is one of the chosen tracks and therefore was awarded this year’s “Spotlight-status”. This means “Two Lovers” will get increased radio airplay  and promotion over this summer. More importantly, it’s a great honour to be on the same list as some of my favourite Austrian acts, including “Gustav” this year, and in previous years “Soap&Skin” and “Clara Luzia”, among others.
