Recorded my first podcast last night at the Rose and Raindrop.  Great old bar in inner SE Portland.  The Pod Cast is hosted by Rose Drop Media Circus.  Dan Linn with His son Aaron host like a live radio broadcast.  It was a great experiance to be able to play my songs to a small audiance and answer questions about them.  Made me actually think about what my songs really are about.  Thanks to Andy Sheie and Merilee Hoard for helping me not sound like just another singer songwriter and Thanks to Dan Linn for providing a nice outlet for artist to get their music heard.

Intro Instumental from a song I wrote called "Currents" Bad Idea(solo), the Mission, 18 Wheels,  Memories of Washington County, Sweet Loving Woman.
Part two:
Boat, Give  In, the Old Sow,  Capitol Highway, Oregon (w/ bob bures on harmony) Andy and Merilee play on all the songs except Bad Idea.

last night i played my first show with my side project "hearts of oak" i was joined by andy sheie from the RCMP. the show was at The Mississippi Pizza Pub w/ Emily Herring and Melisa Anderson, both great artist. not much to say other than i didn't fall on my face and they're were flubs as well as moments of not so blinding brilliance. SET: bad idea, boat(2 banjos!), the old sow, give in, my loving woman, capitol highway(made sheie play harp and banjo), lolo pass(A. Sheie) and Memories of Washingtom County. Thanks to Casey for her support and thanks to the kid who gave me a dollar. it was real nice to get this under my belt, recording a podcast show sept 17th. stay tuned
