5. High-Class Family Butchers – ‘Two-Lane Blacktop’ – The Anglo-American Butchers were turning bluegrass on its head when Hayseed Dixie were still in big shorts givin’ it devil-horns. Currently scattered across The Ralfe Band, Dennis Hopper Choppers, Seth Lakeman and Ash Gray & The Girls, they reform periodically and have threatened an album.
