My Cat Columbus Passed away on Monday Morning. He was put to sleep by his doctor. He had a nasty tumour which led to the amputation of his hind leg back in march 2009. The tumour had spread and there wasn't much more I could do for him.

Columbus was a wonderful friend and so loving. He was always by my side. I will love him forever and cherish the memories we shared.

During these slow times I have been investing my time into my new Character Penny Black. You may have seen her featured in some of my previous art work and T Shirt design. I have spent the last few weeks creating her as a living doll. I tried a little animating with my web cam and made a second or 2 footage.

Here is a little introduction to Penny...

Ms. Penny Black lives alone with her cat, Farthing in a small gloomy room in a tenement building, in a city where nobody smiles. She was given up for adoption when she was an infant, after her parents died in a tragic accident. Truth was, Penny brought nothing but misfortune to her parents since the day she was born. Her parents couldn’t live with the thought of being so miserable, so penny was sent to the orphanage.....

Penny works at the library where she shelves books all day long. At the library Penny would read the books she shelved. Her favourites were the biographies. She loved to read about people and how interesting their lives were. Penny wished that her life were interesting and that she one day could aspire to be another Zelda fitzgerald, Amelia Earhart or a star of the silver screen.

I am looking for galleries to exhibit my work in. Preferably LA area. But my work is willing to travel. I love showing in Downtown LA where there is a good mix of people who appreciate all kinds of art. Group shows or Consignment is all good.

I have shown at The Hive, Monkey House Toys, Rivet, Create Fixate, Hyaena, Night Gallery, Weeneez red Dot Gallery, Alphacult. Mezco's Living Dead Doll Show NYC. I have also vended at Felt Club, Bazaar Bizarre, Fangoria's Weekend of Horror, Bat's Day Black Market, and Haunt X.

I do wholesale and store consignment is welcome. I have sold to many stores including Melt Down Comics LA, Dark Delicacies, Monkey House Toys, Hyaena, Lulu Bell Toys, Halloween Town, Purple Peacock Gallery and Night Gallery.
