The previous "Yogani" Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) page on MySpace was run by a volunteer and is no longer available. Unfortunately, everything on that page has been lost. This new page begins again, and will provide useful information and links to the extensive AYP writings and support community.

Apologies to the hundreds of members who were here. I hope you will come back. Also, be sure to come and visit us on the main AYP Website, where there are many free resources available to aid you on your spiritual journey.
