i'm only going to write midi dub reggae liz isenberg songs from now on

well shucks, brendan and i finished the whole album after all! just in time for tour. i put a few tracks up here.

"Bodily Drift" is a duet with my friend Scott Alario who is in the band Parachutes.
he has the voice of an angel.

hearing glenna (aka Omnivore) sing into a circuit bent telephone somehow led to
a bottle of wine, a late night, a new road atlas, and an April TOUR across the US!
I put up a few tour dates, but there will be more soon.

I've been recording a new album for months&months with the help of brendan(vio/mire) but it's still not done because we are bad at staying focused

BUT i'm going to make a CDR of seven new songs that sound nice together.

p.s. while the two words may not SOUND similar, i do believe once you take into consideration this is a music myspace blog about touring in april, (show)ers and showers is still pretty punny.

IM IN CHICAGO
i'm supposed to be touring the midwest with Mandarin Dynasty for the next two weeks but we seem to have very few dates booked. Anyone want to invite us over? We will play birthday parties. We can be good.

ive been on tour with deertick for a week or so filming a documentary of them!
i might be failing since the majority of my footage falls into two categories:
boring or drunken.
every once in awhile i get to play my own set.

we have been in austin for SXSW this week. its hot enough for my shoulders to burn

i got to see
a weather at noon
at 6am deertick finally played their last austin show

punctuation doesn’t matter as much when the suns comin up

gretchen forced me to put on "Little Women" and fell asleep immediately after it started, leaving me alone to bawl my eyes out at six in the morning when beth dies.

since i am under house arrest with no guitar for the next two weeks i will most likely start stalking all of your myspace pages more diligently and with even less integrity than i ever have before.

in music news, I recorded some duets with deertick, and have false information written about me on wikipedia.
