When I popped out this morning to get some envelopes, I couldn't help but think about something that happened to Eli Feather a resident of my street 102 yrs ago.
Dave who plays violin on 'sunshine on a warm brick wall' lived in a bedsit in what was Eli's house for a short time last summer. I only realised it was the same house today, as I made a mental note to look out for number 89 before I left. How strange because at the time, Dave - like Eli - was working crazy hours.
I think 'Sunshine on a warm brickwall wall' will now be suffixed as (Eli's song). I'm sure a little bit of Eli was present when Dave was recording it for me.
