Well, actually, January and February are the BEST times to purchase a Harley-Davidson.
No, it’s not just a sales pitch. Hear me out.

1. Selection is at its peak.
   
Yes, the off-season is when Highroads has the most bikes in stock, and the best selection. And this year, due to production cuts at the factory, we don’t have a lot of bikes coming in this spring. If you are considering buying a Harley this year, and you have a model or color in mind, you may want to consider getting it sooner rather than later. If we don’t have the bike you want in the spring, we may not be able to get it for you.
 
2. Manufacturer’s Warranty is Extended through March!
   
Yes, even if you buy your bike now, your Manufacturer’s Warranty will be extended through March 16, 2012, just as if you had bought the bike in the spring. So you won’t be "wasting" any warranty time by purchasing NOW.
 
3. Special Financing for qualified buyers
   
Highroads is offering some very appealing financing options for qualified buyers, including No Interest/ No Payments for up to 90 days. So you don’t even have to start paying for your new Harley until spring!
 
4. The Competitive Bike Exchange
   
If you’re currently on a non-Harley, now’s the best time to get on a Harley. Harley-Davidson is offering an additional $500 toward your purchase if you trade in a qualifying non-Harley before January 31, 2010. 5. Winter is the BEST time to add accessories
   
Why? Well, if you accessorize your Harley in the winter, you could take advantage of the Winter Specials – including 15% off parts AND labor! You also have the best chance of getting what you want before items start to go on backorder in the spring – especially if your project includes painting, chroming or powder coating. The Service Department at Highroads will also start to back up in the spring – meaning it may take longer to get your bike done...

Maybe you’re not in the market for a bike right now. But consider this – if you’ve purchased a bike from Highroads recently, and have a friend who’s interested, bring him down – especially if he’s on a competitive bike. If you bring a friend down, and he ends up buying a bike – there’s a $50 Highroads Gift Card in it for you, as a thank you for spreading the word about Highroads.

At the very least, remember you’re always welcome to come down to Highroads, and think about spring. You can just walk around and enjoy the sights and smells of Harley, and dream of the warmer weather and riding. OR – pick up some Heated Gear and get out on your bike in the off-season!
