Yes [ ] No [ ] Site rules for EVENT: 1. There shall be no smoking on site except in designated areas, unless there is a fire ban in which no smoking will be allowed anywhere. 2. No nudity in the park or at any of the locations related to this event. You are allowed to be suggestive and romantic but nothing that the public would be embarrassed to see. 3. Modelfest is a non-profit event specifically set up for networking, workshops, and portfolio exchange. You may bring brochures, portfolios, sign-up sheets and related materials about you or you business but you cannot sale anything in the park. 4. All trash must be picked up. Do not leave any location without picking up everything you brought. Please keep our parks and private locations clean. 5. A copy of any artwork turned into publication must be shared with the models you use. They work just as hard and deserve a copy. 6. Copies of completed photos must be given to the models, designers, stylists (Anyone involved) to be used for personal use. These people will be advertising the photographer and or film student so please have your name or business on the bottom of each photo. 7. Photos need to be sent or emailed at a high resolution so those who participated can print them for a portfolio. Completed films need to be uploaded to a public site that participants can place on their personal online sites with proper credit to all who participated. 8. Give credit where credit is due. If you are a model, costumer or stylist; please place the name of the photographer on any and all online sites. If you are the photographer or film student, please do the same. This is to help everyone involved. 9. Photographers: If you have already worked with a model who attends, you will need to find a new model to work with. Please give everyone a chance. We will set it up so everyone involved will have someone new to work with. 10. Play nice with one another! This is not a competition, but it is a way to network and learn while having some outdoor fun. 11. Don't be a model hog! Depending on how many photographers and models will determine how much time you have with each. White Sands is a large enough area for everyone to enjoy along with all the other locations. 12. You are welcome to bring any clothes, props and jewelry, but please make sure you keep track of your personal property. We are not responsible for any loss or stolen items. 13. All attendees must agree to comply to all rules and restrictions established by the event management and shall obey all State, Federal and Local laws. Anyone who breaks the above rules will be asked to leave the area and may not be invited back in the future. *There will be Media related to this event such as Journalists, Photographers and Videographers. You may ask these people for copies to be emailed to you but most will be available online at there place of business. Initial: _____________ Hold Harmless Agreement The undersigned hereby agrees to hold harmless, the Cloudcroft Chamber of Commerce, Village of Cloudcroft, Rhonda R. Napoleon, any staff there-of, or any person involved with the Modelfest 2009 Event, for any or all damages to persons and property resulting from acts of God, theft, vandalism, injury or medical emergency. Further: the above mentioned persons, group or organization, shall be held harmless from any cause or action, claim or petition, filed in any court or administrative tribunal, arising out of said event, including all costs, attorneys fees, judgments or awards.
