SCF aims to brighten the lives of all seriously ill and hospitalised children throughout Australia.  We run a variety of programs in order to carry out our mission including Wish Granting, Starlight Express Rooms, Starlight Express Vans, Fun Centres and Starlight Escapes.

Our Starlight Escapes program was established to keep the Starlight magic alive during, and many years after a child and their family has experienced a Wish.  These events provide families with hours of fun and laughter and opportunities to meet other Starlight families.   Often these are the only opportunities for social outings that the families ever have.  Some past events have included tickets to sporting matches, concerts, movies, and musicals; day trips to theme parks; and Starlight picnics and family fun days.
