Hello everyone im posting this blog so that you know what direction ive decided to take the music at this point in time.

I have been asked by Ghost Bullet Productions to produce a score for their upcoming pilot episodes of their new Online TV Show.

Its called Dagger And Romero and is basically the x-files meets doctor Who with a bit more bollocks.

Hello all and welcome to my new look page!

its been 10 months since i started this thing and hopefully there has been some kind of improvement.

I have 4 new tracks up and have spent alot longer on these than anyother song combined. I havent produced any new songs in a good couple of months due to me just being too busy. I Made the beats before the summer and spent the last three months writting the lyrics.

I have new pics and a new look thanks to my brother, Tom Chambers who can be found at Tom's Myspace he does all the photoshop work making me into a cartoon character, which i think is pretty cool whether i am or not isnt up for descussion

With the 4 new tracks iv tried to make them as different as possible, and not sound Hip Hop or RnB like most rap. If anyone ever asks me about what sound im trying to create or what style im going for id have to say alternative rap. Id prefer to be liked for my original rymes or beats than sounding like another artist. I also try and make it different so people from all kinds of musical taste could possibly like it. Anyway onto the tracks;
The first one is called 'Unstoppable' I basically wrote it because of the way i feel about what i want to do with my life and how i want to be . Not neccesrily musically but in general. I tried to make it motivational so people could listen to it and feel pumped up, But after listening to the final product i realised that it could be misinterpreted as just being cocky and over confident, that is not what i want people to think.
The Second Track is called 'All My Fears' This song i wrote whilst suffering anxiety over the summer from reading about North Korea launching nuculear missles, Terrorist Attack Attempts and stories from the papers about how street crime and violence in this country is rising very quickly aswell as some tragic things to happen in the last year to friends of mine. So i just wrote a song about it all to get it off my chest like i do with all my tracks.
The Third Song is called 'Summer Mentality' the basis of this song is very simple, its about having fun over the summer and not giving a fuck what anyone thinks of you. It came from when i was younger when i was so self concious about myself, that i would get so worried about people thinking i was an idiot that i would end up making a fool of myself from trying so hard not to be! One day i just decided not to care anymore and thats when things changed, when i was relaxed with myself i had more fun and thats what matters.
The Fourth Song is called 'Friend Or Foe' and is basically just about people who have messed me about throughout my life, whether it was stabbing me in the back (not Literally, i do rap but i aint gangsta.... hommie!) or just messing me about, with this song i wanted the beat to be more prodominant than the vocals as all my others have focused on lyrics more than the beat.

Now my new material is up for you to hear i would love as much feedback as possible whether it be positive or negative. One thing i do have to say about this is that i record and made the beats on my laptop. I make the beats on a free programme from Apple, called 'Garageband' and record the lyrics with the built in mic. So because of this the lyrics sometimes sound muffled or hard to hear, for this i appologise but there is nothing i can do until i buy a mic, but for that it would cost alot of money that as a poor old student i unfortunatly dont have

anyway i hope you enjoy the music and if you have any ideas for beats or topics for tracks let me know and i will give it a go. Thanks for the support tell your friends.

Cheers Proto

Hey all thanks for the support thus far.... just an update i guess on some of my more recent tracks, I have recently been experimenting with different styles and tempo's this why infactuated was slow and dark side of society was pretty fast. I will be the first to admit that those songs were the utter shits but i need to experemnt as much as possible in order for me to find my sound and style. i came up with "living life on the bread line" as hopefully my 'come back track' from my experimental/shit streak. My newest track remenicing was writen and created with me and my mate chris calder this is also experimenting with what multiple vocals can sound like, and basically just having a laugh. cheers for the support/advice and interest guys keep it coming and ill keep coming up with da musik! proto

hello everyone, as you know i just started rapping and as it says on my profile when i started it was just a laugh and to be honest kinda just taking the piss (1,2,3) then i got some surprising feedback and was told i had some potential and should try another one after seeking advice of other uk rappers/mcs. So i decided to write North To South a more serious rap about the time i moved from my mums up north to live with my dad darn sarf. Then i took more advice that people and have just fiinished a rap called Brain Dead which is about the relationship between me and my step mum. thought id just give you a bit of insight into what their about and i hope you enjoy!
