Current mood: relaxed
Saw Aiden at the Zodiac in Oxford last night with Kelly.
It was pretty awesome! WiL was on fine microphone swinging form! They played a few songs from the first album which was cool, i particuarly enjoyed I Set My Friends on Fire, and i think me and kelly both enjoyed World By Storm, not that we were singing or anything lol. The encore of Die Romantic was wicked.
Only bad points of the gig were that a big fat heffer of a woman kept moving across me, flapping wings and all lol, and also i felt REALLY old! Due to the large presence of 14 years olds, being dropped off by their mummys and daddys, i suddenly noticed that im not a youth anymore lol.
The gig wrapped off an awesome weekend spent seeing Kelly Can't wait to see her again at uni! Which is now less than 2 weeks away which is cool. We saw Severance at the cinema, not a film i would recommend! It was carp, (and i mean carp not crap.)
Not much planned between now and uni, hopefully going to see a few of my mates on the weekend, and maybe get a few more work shifts in, that is if i can be bothered! lol
Laters,
Jon

Current mood: aggravated
Right, commercial radio is crap. well maybe some of it is good (i can't claim to have heard every station) but the majority are a pile of poo. At work we have the radio on all day, and due to my newness i am not in charge of what gets played. So they put on this local bristol station, and it does my head in. Not only do they play the same songs over and over again (if you listen for more than 2 hours then they start repeating their playlist, not good when you're on an 8 hour shift), they dont play any sort of rock music not even crappy rock which is in the charts, and the adverts, bloody hell!!! If i hear about how we all need to change to improve the environment once more i'll actually cry. arghhhhhh! and the presenters are crap, always talking abut nonsense and repeating all their news stories because they dont have the intelliegnce to say anything new...
...so, if i ever become a "big cheese" in the radio industry, it will be my mission to change this terrible situation!
thanks for listening, we should do this again sometime.
