The second collaboration from Circuit & Whizard this year, Studio Gangsters Volume Two is an energetic mix that really displays the mxing talents of each DJ. Quick mixes and stellar programming ensure there isn't a dull moment, and the two different styles both contrast and complement each other perfectly, keeping the listener's interest peaked from start to finish! Studio Gangster 411: Back again with a brand new invention, Circuit and Whizard drop the highly anticipated follow up to their acclaimed Studio Gangsters mix. Initially collaborating together for the first intallment of MC XYZ's Back2Back Sessions, these Los Angeles ruffians have been unstoppable since combining their efforts. Whether it be their bombastic tag team sets, current line of Face Off events, or even their signature mix series, these two have been steppin' it up and getting noticed all across the nation. Recently passing through Hawaii, Seattle, and Las Vegas, the Studio Gangsters plan to deploy their branded drum & bass street assault all over the continental US and possibly further the upcoming year, with many dates already booked (New York, Hawaii, Dallas, Vegas). Now that this gravy train wth biscuit wheels has already left the station, will it ever stop? Download or stream the mix for an example of the Studio Gangster's style and approach to the art of djing, or hit them up online or at a live performance for a hard copy to bump in your ride.

SIDE A: Whizard breaks out the funkyness with a liquid set that drops more plates than a one armed dishwasher. Its all about the programmin' on this one, perfectly lined cuts of funky bass marinated in soul, r&b, hip-hop, and reggae. Watch out for the sizzle!

SIDE B: Circuit gets hot and heavy with what he does best, dancefloor killin.' With lightning quick mixing and a nice array of both new and old tunes, Circuit gets all the stains out with a proper rinse cycle. Just try and stop your bass face from showing!

Take a listen to MC XYZ's original Back 2 Back Session, a mix that sparked a phenomenom and catapulted the careers of rising dj's Circuit and Whizard. Not only did this mix help spread the pair's sound to thousands of new listeners, but it also cemented them as a formidable duo. Since their initial project together, Whizard and Circuit went on to launch their own series of Back 2 Back mixes (Studio Gangsters), a line of successful one-off parties (Face Off/Take Me Back 2 LA), and a score of live Back 2 Back sets, with requests for them to perform all over the nation.

Since this time, XYZ has dropped a dozen Back 2 Back volumes, continued a hectic tour schedule that finds him criss-crossing the country at fever pace, and recording vocals for original tracks by cutting edge prodcuers like Infiltrata, Devoe, and many more.
