Less than a week to go before the Newcastle launch. We have now solved the online booking problem and the tickets are available at www.yfriday.co.uk . All remaining tickets will be available on the door. We have the fantastic LCC band with us in what promises to be a great night in our home town.

*The Cumbria launch on Sunday 26th is very close to being sold out. We would encourage anyone planning to travel to Cumbria without a ticket to come to Newcastle on Friday.

Over April and May we'll be at Alton Towers 'Ultimate Event', at 'The Church Big Day Out' West Sussex and liverpool together with album launches in Cumbria and at Riverside Church Derby. Details of all events can be found at our 'gigs' section of our website.

How to find Acorn Church:

From the NEWCASTLE approach to Whitley Bay:

At
the end of the A1058 (Dual Carriageway) Coast Road take the 2nd exit at
the Roundabout (RA) sign posted (Whitley Bay) onto Beach Road. Continue
down Beach Road for approximately a mile and a half (going straight on
at 2 RAs) past Tynemouth swimming pool and The Broadway pub. At the RA
on sea front go left and continue along this road for approx 2 miles.
After 2 miles you will see The Avenue pub on your left by some traffic
lights, turn left at the traffic lights up Park Avenue. There is a
small park on your right - turn left up Oxford St opposite the park.
Acorn Community Church is the first church on the left.

From the BLYTH, SEATON SLUICE approach to Whitley Bay:

Travel
down the A193 towards Whitley Bay. Drive past the Caravan Park and the
turning to the lighthouse and continue along the sea front past the
mini golf course. Go straight on at the mini Roundabout. At the traffic
lights by Spanish City, go straight on. At the next traffic lights turn
right up Park Avenue. There will be a small park on the right - turn
left up Oxford St opposite the park. Acorn Community Church is the
first church on the left.

By METRO:

The closest Metro station to the church is Whitley Bay Metro station.

As
you walk out of the Metro station bear left and go down Victoria
Terrace in the direction of the sea front. Cross the main Whitley Bay
road and walk straight on down Oxford Street. Acorn Community Church is
the SECOND church on you right as you walk down Oxford St.
