Current mood:  aggravated

One of two things are clear...

1) You are one of those people who just does the same old crap, and send messages to everyone on your friends list, not realizing that they are A) not your friends and B) No one cares...

It's clear that you were not paying attention, in the slightest, to what this page is actually all about, and were just trolling for publicity.

It's also clear that you are generally clueless. I blame myself, for being so excited as to accept everyone who sends a friend request, thinking that there is genuine swell of Barkmarket fans out there hungry for a return. You have just made me look like an idiot.

2) You have absolutely no idea that you are even friends with Barkmarket, or posted a message on this site. Your message will be deleted. As of now..

I sincerely hope that those of you who are genuinely interested in Barkmarket's return will not be discouraged by this silliness. So it goes, the price of revolution.

By the time you read this, that crap should be null and void, and out of our heads...

Dave, Rock, and John... Don't hold it against us.

UPDATE

Well, I have a co-conspirator in L.A. now, but that won't do much good if Barkmarket are elsewhere in the world.

I am trying to find a good online petition program we can use to post somewhere that the guys might actually see it, i.e., it isn't lost in the shuffle of ridiculous "Leave Britney Alone" garbage.

I heard a rumor (that I have not been able to confirm) that Sardy and Nowlin have in fact re-united, although not as Barkmarket, and not to do any recording. Simply a one-off solo thing for D. Sardy. While this isn't world-shattering, hopefully it's true, as it could be a start..

Sorry it's taken so long to update this page. There hasn't been much to report, unfortunately. I will always keep trying, and I think it's great how many people have been visiting the page. Keep trading music, and getting the word out. It will happen someday...

Quite a few of you have suggested that I change the songs. As it turns out, I was debating this idea already, having people suggest what songs they want to have posted and all that. As I should have expected, the Barkmarket-friendly people of the world were quite willing to suggest it without me even having to ask. The only reason I didn't do it sooner is because it occured to me that alot of you guys have songs posted on your own sites, and I know it drives me crazy to see the whole "song deleted by artist" thingy.  So, if you are one of those who let your badassery flag fly and had a song posted on your site, hopefully you've already noticed and remedied the situation by posting a fresh one. If not, please do! I mean, if you still want to support Barkmarket, that is...

A WHOLE lot of people suggest that I post "Dumbjaw", so I did.

They WILL be back, because we believe they will.

Sorry it took so long. Apparently, yours truly is completely computer illiterate. But, as you may have already discovered, songs are now available for adding. Please do so!! It will only help spread the word!!

It has been brought to my attention that a few of you have tried adding one of Barkmarket's songs to your site. I encourage this action whole-heartedly. Unfortunately, you guys have not been able to do any adding. I would love to be able to remedy this problem, as I want the word to spread about Barkmarket as much as possible, but unfortunately I cannot figure out why this page will not allow you to add the songs. It occured to me, when I was thinking about it, that maybe it's because the songs are not available for download, therefore some mechanism in Myspace.com doesn't allow them to be added (this is just a guess, I actually have no idea). As much as I would love to make the songs available for download, and therefore possibly make them available for adding, I'm a little bit hesistant because I don't know exactly how copyright laws apply to this sort of thing. I would hate to be sued by American Recordings or something like that just for trying to spread the word of an awesome band. That being said, if any of you have any idea how I can make the songs addable (word?), because I've tried EVERYTHING, I would be more than happy to do so, because I myself would like to be able to have a Barkmarket song on my site. So feel free to drop me a line and let me know how it's done, or if it is even possible. Also, if you guys have any songs that you particularly enjoy and would like to see added to this site, let me know that as well. I will post it if I have it. Finally, keep spreading the word.  It's awesome how much feedback I've gotten regarding this space just within the month it's been up, some of you have been very helpful, wether it be with info about Barkmarket, possible ways to contact them, or just kind words of encouragement. Thank you very much, and keep the hope alive!!
