So. It was an interesting year for the NAVELgang: 

- We lost our european booking agency and are now working with cool people, Michiko & Chris of Louisville Booking. (still looking for an agent in the UK)

- We played SXSW Festival in Austin/Texas and then New York. Really cool. check out Lovetrap with Gay Duo in Typewriter Museum Austin/TX:

- We released a single called John Q. Jesus Public / Here's A Jesus Song and our man Meury did a fantastic sex, drugs, violence and fuck-video (see myspace)

- Navel picture (live at Grosse Freiheit Hamburg with Queens Of The Stonge Age, back in 2007) is on the cover of a brand new book about the Basel Popscene since the 1950ies. Check out the book (german) here: http://www.popbasel.ch

- Navel was on the CD Compilation "Pop Basel" (german note here):
