The haunted collaboration between Abandoner and
Angel of Decay. This esoteric experiment provides a very unique passageway
through the doors of the paranormal attributes of sound and time. Through
method and chaos ghostpeak presents a blackened psychedelic statement of
paranormal occult sound.

Abandoner is an outlet for experimental/noise “musick”
that has been quietly brooding for close to 10 years composed of members Ryan
Lipynsky and Jay Newman of the New York Occult Metal band Unearthly Trance. Most of
the past creations have scarcely surfaced on obscure cd-r releases and live performances that you can count on one hand.
Ghostspeak serves as the first official album and perhaps the most poignant
statement Abandoner has made to date. Newman provided much of the
sounds/sources and was also catalyst for mixing together the worlds of
Abandoner and A.O.D.

The original ritual was conducted in NYC between Lipynsky
and Newman with the intent of creating alien soundscapes and conjuring the
paranormal through amplified frequencies. Composed with stringed
instruments, hand made contact mics and intense amplification serving as the
skeleton for which the tracks were built upon. Ryan Lipynsky is responsible for the voices and some of the paranormal noises
on this release. He also currently serves in the experimental black/death metal
band The Howling Wind and Negative Noise Punk band Pollution. Angel of Decay
served as the final sonic vessel for the legendary Noise/P.E. artist Jonathan
Canaday, who was also previously involved Dead World and the Power Electronic
monster known as Deathpile.  The A.O.D. element on this collaboration with
Abandoner is evident in the form of vintage analog synth sources and other
ancient primitive equipment.

-A split 7" vinyl with Minsk will be coming out on one of our oldest
comrades label Parastic Records out of Portland. Both bands do fairly
religious version of Rocky Erickson songs. Minsk puts acid in your eye
with a version of "Stand for the Fire Demon" while Unearthly Trance
trudges out "Night of the Vampire".  I am pleased to report that TIm
Parasitus said the records will be delivered to him this weekend. Cross
your fingers and turn on the snow on your tv. All in tribute to Roky.

-To commemorate our third European tour with the mighty Ramesses we will be doing a split 12" together. New recording that was done by the band in NYC and BK.  It will be being released by Future Noise and should hopefully be available on the tour if the stars align properly.
