Dreams In Copenhagen is the title of a new documentary film by Max Kestner. The Barra Head song Common Ground is being used in the film.
Synopsis:
"A portrait of the Danish capital Copenhagen. The film traces the city's physicality, it's body, its form — the buildings in which people wake, the street doors people pass through and the streets citizens pace. We see how the lives and the living of life affects the physical framework, we see the places we dream about and the walls upon which we have scratched our loved one's name before it is too late."
Go check it out.

On saturday we're playing here in CPH at Stengade 30. Since my second child will be born later in October I will have my hands full and we will not be doing any shows in quite a while. So this show is the last chance to catch us this year. Also performing this evening is our close friends from Lack. As you probably know they decided to break up and this will be their last show ever in Denmark. This saddens us deeply since Lack is such an awesome band and since our shows and tours with them are among the best experiences we've ever had as a band. One tour that stands out was the double show tour a couple of years ago. We did two weeks around Europe performing as one big band being on stage at the same time. We played along to eachother's songs adding stuff and rearranging everything. It was great fun and something very special to be part of. A lot of people have asked us to do this kind of tour again, but I guess that's not possible anymore. Unfortunately we didn't really think of documenting this thing and don't have any recordings or video footage, so get in touch if you have some lying around. We would love to have that. I recieved some pictures from some of those shows, though. Check them out HERE. Not sure who took all these photos, but some of them are by Tom Merjai from Luxembourg. I also came across some cool ones from Barra Head's tours this spring. There's some from Siegen HERE taken by Phillip Bade and some from our release shows in Berlin and Hamburg HERE taken by Maiken. In Festsaal in Berlin we were joined by our friends from Delbo who played along to some of our songs. Great evening! There's also some more pictures from our release party at Loppen HERE. Don't know who took these, though.
That's all for now. Hope to see many of you on saturday. And keep those photos coming.

It has just been confirmed that we're playing a show in Roskilde on july 2. Alongside Baby Woodrose and other cool danish acts we're kicking off the festival at the venue Paramount. We last played the festival in 2006 and I just stumbled across some pictures from that show. It was an amazing experience. Roskilde Festival is something truly special. Check out the photos HERE

Current mood: hopeful
Tonight, May 9, we're playing a show at the Malmö club Debaser. This is quite exciting for us since this is only the second time we ever play in Malmö even though it's just across the bridge. It's a 30 minute drive but in many ways Sweden is far far away. We'll try to move a bit closer tonight, that's for sure. Later this month we'll also visit Stockholm. That will be our first time there...
Anyway, all you CPH friends are welcome to join the party over there tonight. See ya!

The good people at Klicktrack have been hosting mp3's in their shop for us for a good long time, and now the face of coorporate digitalism I-Tunes has also stepped up to the bar.
We've updated the discography section here with little picture links to each release, so you can now click your way to each of these stores and put us on your mp3 player or i-Pod in minutes - or you can go to Play/Rec and order the CD or Vinyl versions.
Heres how it looks now - now go buy some stuff ;-)

In the past years of touring we have had lots and lots of photos sent to us from shows all around Europe. We've been too lazy to ever get the photos posted online or used in some other way. And that's a shame because there's actually some pretty ok shots here and there.
So now we decided to make amends and post some shots from the archives. The first series of photos are from the Out Of The Crowd Festival in Luxembourg in 2004 and 2005. Unfortunately I don't know who the photografers are. If you recognize your photos get in touch and we will of course credit you.
We were invited again this year, which would have made this our third appearence at the festival. Unfortunately I came down with a serious flu, I lost my voice and we had to cancel. We were so sorry about this since these shows at OOTC festival were among the best experiences we ever had on stage. But anyway, HERE's some photos from our past gigs there.

Current mood: excited
On this saturday we will distinct pleasure of playing the Out Of The Crowd festival in Esch, Luxembourg. It is our third time there and it is always a pleasure to visit this small country in the heart of Europe.
The Luxembourg music-scene is one of the most vibrant and energetic we’ve ever come across and this festival is the cream of the crop! Besides us there will be a bill of great bands such as Forward Russia and This Will Destroy You.
We are as excited as kids on the night before Christmas to once again go play there.
C’est Beau!
