November 24, 2009 - Tuesday
We've been celebrating our geek-dom here at the show this week. First up, Jimmy sat down with the stars of Twilight New Moon. In case you missed it, here it is in it's entirety:

And then last night, nerd rock all stars WEEZER played our outdoor stage. It was fantastic. Here's that single you keep hearing on the radio and playing dashboard drums to:

Tune in tonight to see Charlize Theron, Wolfmother, the Dancing With The Stars Winner, and a VERY SPECIAL monologue surprise. Tonight at 12:05 on ABC!

November 20, 2009 - Friday
In case you missed it the other night, we were graced by the presence of the marvelous Cloris Leachman who showed off her new Cougar Town spin-off:

And with all the hub-ub over Obama's trip to Japan and China, Jimmy thought he'd weigh in on the topic.

And if you're a fan of Twilight, you're not going to want to miss tomorrow's show. Here's a teaser...

October 31, 2009 - Saturday
Our good friend Jake Byrd, Michael Jackson Super-fan, went to the Los Angeles premiere of MJ's "This Is It" documentary. He filed this report:

And in case you're wondering: yes, he actually made "This Is It Also," and yes, you can see it right here:

Tune in tonight for our annual Halloween special. We'll be doing our yearly half and half costume pageant, and we've got Paris Hilton and Slipknot. Don't miss it!

October 29, 2009 - Thursday
Halloween's coming up and our favorite Halloween cartoon special was on TV last night. It seems like they've updated it though...

We also has this great band called "Morningwood" on last night. They rock quite hard and their songs have been in a ton of commercials and TV shows. I saw them play in a little club in Orange County a long time ago and thought they were awesome. So I was very excited to have them in my place of business. They didn't disappoint. Here's their new single "Best of Me."

Jake Byrd's swinging by the show tonight... so don't miss it!

Hey everyone,

First off, if you missed The Sounds last night, here's the first song they played. I snuck out to the parking lot and watched them play. They were great.

And Guillermo got some exclusive interviews with the Dodgers. The Phillies, it turns out, were not as talkative.

We've got great guests and bits coming up. Keep watching -- 12:06 on ABC.

October 7, 2009 - Wednesday
Hey everyone,

Tonight's show is shaping up to be pretty great. We've got Joel McHale from The Soup and the great new show "Community," Richard Belzer from SVU and the book world, and the mighty KISS from Detroit. Excellent? Yes.

We've had some great celebrities stop by and do bits with us recently. Ricky Gervais, one of my personal favorites, did this with Jimmy to open our show:

And the one and only T-Pain swung by to promote his iPhone app (which is worth the money, if you ask me). Hear it from Mr. Pain himself:

No matter who you are we have some great stuff coming up this week. Motorhead AND the Backstreet Boys (Thursday and Friday, respectively). Watch us at 12:05 on your local ABC!

First off, we have a huge show tonight -- Ricky Gervais and ALICE IN CHAINS. There are a ton of people here. And we've got them for two nights! They're doing a big, outdoor, plugged-in set tonight, and tomorrow they'll play acoustic on our lobby stage. If you like loud noises and rocking, make sure to watch tonight.

Grey's Anatomy premiered last week, and it featured our very own Jimmy Kimmel! Here's the scene:

And incase you missed our weekly installment of America's favorite swear-related bit, here's (last) week in Unnecessary Censorship:

September 17, 2009 - Thursday
If you missed it last night, we had a very special appearance by the one and only MATT DAMON. Our show has always had a tenuous relationship with Matt, and this run-in last night doesn't seem to have helped matters much.

Tune in tonight to see David Alan Grier, music from Pink, and a 10 year old vacuum expert who is very awesome.

September 10, 2009 - Thursday
In case you guys missed it last night. Kathy Griffin stopped by to show off her new project about Kate Gosselin called "Kate is Enough." Check it out:

We've also got Nick Cannon and Rod Blagojevich on the show tonight, which might be my favorite guest combination since we had Charlie Gibson and Lil' Wayne on the show. Should be fun. Tune in at 12:05.

Hey everyone,

We just did one of my favorite JKL field pieces in recent memory. I'll share it with you here:

JIMMY SWIMS WITH THE BARBERSHOP GUYS

And we also had Jack White's awesome new band The Dead Weather on the show.

Photobucket

They were very loud and very good. Here's the song they closed Friday's show with: "Forever my Queen."

Make sure to check out tonight's show. We've got Kyra Sedgwick, Datarock, and Patton Oswalt (one of my all-time favorite stand-ups.)
