Wow! What can we say about last night! Other than what a fuckin' great show!!! The Influence Killed It! One of the greatest bands to ever see live. A raucous version of Micheal Jackson's Billie Jean was played as a tribute to the legend himself in between face melting sets that included covers of everything from the Stone Temple Pilots to party bands like Queens of The Stone Age and classic gems from the days of Pearl Jam were heard dominating the doors off of Cho's at the Oceanfront! The Influence described Micheal Jackson as somebody we all knew and loved growing up and said "Love em' or hate em'.. He was fuckin' awesome, now enough with that shit.. let's PARTYYY!!" And just like that it was back to a good old fashioned musical beat down! And then The Influnce killed the rest of the night with their own version of rock and roll... and it was great!

Did we mention that on top of great music there was the greatest crowd of people that have ever graced the greasy floors of Chicho's! Mainly due to the extremely high volume of beautiful ladies and hot rocker chicks that came out! At one point we actually heard some drunk girl screaming, "Oh my God this is crazy.. This is the best show I've ever seen!" We love you.. all of you! Without you we would not be us! And without us chaos would ensue! Or something like that.. we are all pretty much still drunk and fucked up from the festivities that occurred last night before, during, after and way way after the show so don't quote me on any of this!

We here at the Summer Series At Chichos Event 09 a.k.a. SSACE09, would like to welcome you to the oceanfront this summer with a full-fledged inebriated face-slap of REAL local talent featuring some if this years hottest new music from around the area. And if you have any balls at all (or brawn if your a lady) you'll get off your hairy/cute asses and head down to the oceanfront this summer because every Tuesday night at 10PM the beach is gonna be ONFYIAH!!! Literally, it's gonna be so hott that there will be no need to wear anything except your bathing attire! As long as you remember to re-hydrate frequently and bring a towel so you can wipe the puke of your face the next morning when you wake up burnt to a crisp on the sand to a cop that looks like he just shit his briefs who is also writing you a ticket for which you could care less about.. and all the while, all you want is something to quench your thirst and cool you off! Not that this has happened to any of us or anything! But if we would have brought a towel things might have been different.. Maybe. What were we talking about? Oh yeah! Come out to Chicho's 21st st. at the Oceanfront in Virginia Beach, VA every Tuesday night until Labor Day and rock your faces off until you can't feel your legs anymore. There hasn't been an event like this since The Doobie Brothers had their first born son's! It's time to get on that horse, hit the bottle, absorb the booze, consume the canned heat, guzzle some hooch.. you know, sip the sauce, dilly the old red face, and basically just bring out your inner lush-face!
