Bryan Gee's legendary Chronic label has had a massive resurgence in the last year. The label that cemented the careers of Drum & Bass luminaries such as Roni Size, Dillinja, Lemon D, Krust, Ray Keith and more, has hit hard with a succession of dancefloor destroying releases that prove once more that Chronic is at the top of the Drum & Bass pile.
To that end, the Chronic camp decided it was time to gather a collection of the finest beats from the label's past, present and future, and have them expertly mixed together for the hordes of fans out there. Enter DJ Ruffstuff and Mosus, two of the camp's hottest DJs, and regulars at the infamous Movement at Bar Rumba in London, and V Recordings and Chronic events across the globe.
Spanning two bass-fuelled CDs, 'Big, Bad and Heavy' is going to be the Drum & Bass mix album this Autumn, and with all the classics from the Chronic vaults, alongside a whacking selection of brand new and exclusive tracks and remixes, the fans will be clamouring to get their hands on a copy!
