Next month, on February 9, there will be a second, full moon lunar eclipse in Leo, emphasizing many of the same areas of the chart. If you were born on June 1, you will feel that eclipse the most.

Mercury will retrograde from January 11 to February 1, so you will have to proceed slowly all month. It won't be easy to do so, not with so many goodies on tap!
It is not wise to sign contracts or to agree to new ventures during these phases. When you hear the words "Mercury retrograde," it should instantly telegraph to you the notion that changed conditions are due to happen up ahead. If you were driving, you would see a crew set up a yellow blinking light to warn you to drive more slowly and cautiously. Don't commit to anything during this coming Mercury retrograde phase. You will not lose out on any opportunities - in fact, February should bring you even better offers.
Keep some space around Mercury retrograde dates too, on the front and back ends. So many people sign contracts on the day before Mercury retrogrades or on the day after Mercury turns direct, but actually that's the worst time to do so. Mercury acts wild on those "bookend" dates, so you'll want to avoid them.
The month will also have a huge financial emphasis. A crowd of planets in Capricorn will brighten your eighth house of "other people's money" in the first week of January; you may get news of a very large one-time payment due you. It may be news from the courts about money awarded to you or an insurance company payment being approved for you.
