"To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.' When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better."
Concentrate on this sentence...
'The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.'

Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."
Bene Gesserit Litany Against Fear - From Frank Herbert’s Dune Book Series © 1965 and 1984 Frank Herbert
Thanks Lisa B for posting this on your blog, it was the right jolt that I needed to remind me that everything is going to be o.k. - I got this!

How do you measure trust?
Well, some one explained it to me like this...
There are 3 components to TRUST
1. Motive = intentions or self-interest
2. Reliability = Consistency or performance over time
3. Competency = Demonstrated skill or abilities
I bring all of this up because like most of you, some one at some time in your life has broken your trust. When I began to measure the people in my life against this scale, I realized that I've been keeping company with some questionable characters (or should I say, characteristics). People who have presented themselves in one way but was/is someone else behind my back.
If there has EVER been a question of my trust to anyone I know/knew...I say check the records and be REALLY, REALLY honest with yourself and what the TRUTH is. Fuck your pride and how it looks....Be REAL. I may not be perfect but my motives have ALWAYS clear, My reliablity has never faltered and I have demonstrated over time who and what I stand for...
Hit me with your feed(back)!

My friend in atlanta sends out these daily quotes and this one stood out for me today.
ENJOY!
"If you limit your choices to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise." ~Robert Fritz
