Yes its Holiday time and that      means friends, fun and FOOD!  It's crazy to expect you won't      indulge during this festive season, but why let all your hard work go to      waste.  You've been working hard in your Exoticise classes, toning,      tightening, and get nice and limber, so don't let it all go just to      indulge in sweet potato pie, dressing, turkey and who knows what else!

   Stay          Active: don't stop coming to          class, but if you have to miss PRACTICE @ HOME or GO OUT          DANCING!
