OFFICIALLY starting our sanctioned Sunday Magic: The Gathering events this 
weekend. We will be running these every Sunday! Events will be $8 per person 
starting in April. Each player will receive THREE Booster Packs to build their 
deck. The first two months are being scheduled as Booster Draft tournaments. We 
will follow this up with Standard and Limited events throughout the summer. Call

Watchmen Movie Battle Resolved
In Theaters March 6, 2009
The high-stakes dispute over the rights to the Watchmen film has been settled, with the parties planning to present their settlement to the judge and request a dismissal on Friday. Although terms of the settlement will not be disclosed, Fox will not be involved with distribution of the Warner Bros. film, and will have no rights in the property going forward, according to the report. Instead, Warner will pay cash up front plus a percentage of box office revenue. So, you can all rest easy now, the movie is coming to theaters as planned.

24 Hour Film Festival
In Theaters March 6, 2009
The Orlando 24 Hour Film Festival is where teams will write, film and edittogether a 3-5 minute short film from 9am on Jan. 31st to 9am February1st. The competition will include a packet that will be picked up at 9am at Premiere Cinemas. Inside the packet will be two genres to choose from and a list of 15 objects of which the teams must incorporate there in the film. The packet will also include talent release forms,location release forms and the most important, a blank DVD which they will return the short film on. All must be sealed in the packet before9 am into the designated drop zone at Premiere Cinemas. If you'd like to participate, follow the link below.
